Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

They did not give me WiFi. There is no air in the room because the windows are closed. Although it says breakfast, you have to pay for it. I did not like the hotel. A waste of money .

Not close to the boardwalk or any entertainment but close to the outlets. The hotel and pool was great.

When I went into the room the toilet had urine on it and I had to call housekeeping but the was there in less than 5 min. Which was amazing

Great hotel, clean, in the outlet area! You are able to walk to the boardwalk or a short drive to the borgata! Recommended!

My wife and I attended a concert at the Borgata and had booked a room at the Sheraton. The whole experience was very positive, beginning with the staff at the front desk. She was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. Our room was perfectly clean, and there's not a single aspect of our stay that was anything but perfect.

We where walking distance to the broadwalk theater, which took about 10 to 15 minutes to walk there. .2 blocks away from the boardwalk and casino and right in front of the outlets and establishment to eat..

Walls paper thin, loud guests, 50 dollar “security” deposit hold on credit card upon check in.

The hotel didn’t provide for parking or breakfast and charged separately for both. When I checked in, the fridge had leftover food from a previus guest.

Hotel is very old and dated. Room not equipped with single centralized control switch. All the lamps and lights in the room have to be switched on/off manually one by one. Very cumbersome. Entrance/ exit to hotel is located away from main road. Very inconvenient. No on site restaurants.

the staff was great and accomadated me to the fullest.

It was good experience. Will sure stay again to this hotel. My fav hotel. better environment. Relaxing and nice hotel view.

Room was not clean. Trash on floor. Mold in bathroom.

The hotel was great. The only complaint we have are the voices you hear through the air vents. It is somewhat annoying when you are trying to go to sleep. Other then that the hotel was clean and staff was very nice.

The facility is quite outdated and parking garage is pretty far away from the hotel. The mattress was extremely discomfortable and noise. The pool was great for kids though

Convenient to shopping, convention center and a few blocks to the boardwalk.

This hotel from entering the lobby to going to your room is excellent visually everything jumps out at you. The room was awesome great view excellent bed and computer table and the service was excellent everything we asked for was gotten quickly there breakfast was delicious. all around 10 out of 10

View from hotel was nice and near shopping area. The lobby was freezing .

Great stay! They even upgrade us to a deluxe room free of charge :)

Tree rooms were spacious, the staff was great and the room service food was outstanding.

It is right next to the outlets which is nice so you don't have to carry your bags around. The staff is friendly and the views are nice
