Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa

Checking out was the only non professional part of this stay. The severely tattooed clerk was clearly ignorant of tasks assigned to her, and the methods to perform them. Hacked out at 4:00am local time and had to wait several minutes for her to appear when I was the only one in line. She couldn’t get her computer to give me a receipt, couldn’t accept cash for the resort fee, and was probably just an affirmative action hire. Very unprofessional for such a nice resort.

Room was very clean hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower head needs upgrading.

Great hotel, staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back

Services were excellent despite the snowstorm “bomb cyclone” we have experienced that night although the buffet was closed that made me sad haha!

Clean room very good service excellent restaurants

Sorry, I don’t have the time, but I really liked Borgata.

Good experience. restaurants were very good. A bit too smokey on the casino floor.

It toonk too long. To check in ... staff was rude

i decided to treat my best friend for a weekend spa for her birthday. We had a great time. Check In was smooth and fast. The room was perfect, front desk checkin guy gave me what I asked a view of the ocean. He did!! the complete stay was wonderful and I will do it again and again.... Carla

Room service wasn’t good spent a lot of money for cold food

They are letting condition of rooms go to lower standard in halls and rooms

Real nice hotel with great clubs and restaurants. Rooms are big and near the boardwalk

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. It has 1 indoor pool and 1 outdoor pool which has a bar, the staff is very pretty! The only negative point is the few umbrellas available but unfortunately a couple near us decided to go to their room and we took their umbrella otherwise we had to wait that someone decided to go away. The hotel has different restaurant, bar, shops... you will find what you are looking for! I will recommend this hotel to my friends

I've stayed here twice and have loved it both times. It's just a nice clean hotel. Front desk is friendly and never too long of a wait. Would be staying here again.

Room was not as described. Poor quality. Sink handle was falling off. No vent in bathroom.

Great hotel. Could have been nicer for the price. But still nice. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless rooms are comped. Not worth the price is all.

So many things to see and do. Planning another visit soon.

The Borgata is expensive but it's worth the price. Rooms are great, clean, comfortable. Pool is great, surprised that the table games have low minimums even when it is packed. I do a weekend a year here and it's well worth the price.

The hotel is so beautiful. Everything is great there. our room was huge and so was the bathroom. Very clean organized. The pool is a little far from the rooms. you have to go through the casino area to get to the pool. You get a bracelet that you have to wear by the poolside. 2 complaints that i have is there is not enough signs anywhere. if its your first time there prepare to get lost even to parking lot. The other complaint is about the casino/room. If you are a nonsmoker and don't enjoy the smell of smoke, get ready because while i was playing roulette and i had someone sit 4 seats away from me smoking a cigar and then i wreaked of it. Even on the floor that my room was located on it smelled of smoke. Its not fair to others in my opinion. Also the room is far from the parking lot so be aware bring a rolling suitcase even if your only staying one night. That way u don't have to carry everything so far away. The umbrellas by the pool overlap so if someone is sitting next to you and they have an umbrella it will go over you and block your sun. I waited 15 minutes for a water and it was 6 dollars by the poolside, wish i would've brought water down. Other then that the hotel was very accommodating, big and beautiful. They have a couple places to eat right downstairs and this hotel is very close to boardwalk.
