Nice and clean Good people and bars Perfect place for a small getaway
I have stayed at the Borgata many times and they never disappoint. Room was exceptionally clean, neat and roomy. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The food court was nice for a quick bite to eat. The casino wasn't as smokey as some of the reviews I have read, but I did stay away from the smoking section as I am not a smoker. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Great hotel and casino, but disappointed by hotel front desk staff. First time I had a negative experience there. And when I commented on such upon check out, the staff member simply said well hope it's better next time and didn't at all try to remedy the situation.
Excellent room, very clean. Great staff, beautiful pool. Will definitely stay here again.
Good experience. Wish restaurants were accommodating in terms of setting up a reservation
The Borgata is one of the better casino hotels in Atlantic City. I have stayed there several times over the last twelve years, and usually have a good time. I have noticed that the Cleanliness and Condition of the rooms have been lacking the last couple of times I have stayed at the Borgata. I have had to change rooms or have housekeeping come to clean the room and change the bed linens. The Borgata is far from inexpensive, and it is expected to be up to par with having well cleaned rooms! I know housekeeping is short staffed, but the guests should not have to suffer! Other than that, I will continue to visit.
My boyfriend and I wanted to come to Borgata since we never stayed there. The staff in the hotel room area were great. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The girls bringing drinks when you are playing slots are slow and have attitudes. Althought the drinks are free when playing slots, you guys are still getting tips especially from my boyfriend and I. They need to replace the girls. Other than that the hotel is great!
I thought the Borgata was absolutely perfect. Between the shops, restaurants and casino itself, you never have to leave the resort. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large and shower was wonderful and room service was excellent. I'd return in a heartbeat.
First time staying here was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was. Very clean nice amenities.
Arrived about five hour's before check in, and was told they had a room ready but on a higher floor. Everyone and everything was first class from check in to check out !! Would stay here again , and would recommend this property to family and friends.
The room was generally clean; however, the carpet did have crumbs of food left over from the previous guest and the bedside lamp was dusty.
The Borgata makes you feel royal. The hotel atmosphere is amazing. The restaurants and clubs are awesome as well
The hotel was fantastic my wife and I enjoyed it so much the restaurants wer fantastic all the shopping was reasonable
The bed is super comfortable. Everything was great however. Asked for a late checkout and they didn't grant one. Sucks since I'm in the hotel business myself, assuming it's a big property they don't need my room to be turned over immediately.
Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Tons of amenities from upscale to family friendly.
Overall me and my friends have fantastic time over there just right before we were leaving. Before we left we decided to have lunch in the buffet. Waitress wasn't so nice since beginning but I didn't really mind her attitude. When my friends went to get food first I set rhe table for my friends and open tabasco hot sauce. There was plastic seal on the cap when I pulled it out the cap fly to on my right eyes and it hits on eye ball. Whole my eye area was burning and I couldn't open my eye. I was embarrassed and literally couldn't see front. Obviously I looked like I'm in trouble. I asked to my waitress where is bathroom while I held my eye area with napkin she jusy simply said it's outside and she left. I had to walk through all the way to buffet entrance by myself. Even outside of buffet restroom is far. I had to ask to one of staff in casino and she just point on her finger at some points then left. After I washed eyeball in the restroom I got back to buffet with swelling puffy red eye. Then my waitress realize it's seriousness and she called her manager. What I really mad about is her. She kept saying no staff can leave restaurant with customer that's their rule. Is it really more important their rule than customer's safety? End all I only memory this terrible accident and their bad process about accident.
If you have a room on the 6th floor, there's hardly anything to see except a whole world of roof and seagulls doing their thing. There was no pencil or pen provided in the room to write down something. Several guards not customer friendly. Check-in was very slow.
We stayed at the borgata for the Lady A concert and our experience was wonderful !
When we checked in, we were advised that the hotel was fully book and there was no upgrades available. The guy was lying because no one stayed next to us because I was speaking with another staff member of the hotel. Once we reach our room there was a glass cup next to the door. Went inside and the bed squeaks, tv remote is slow to change channels, and when taking showers the water seeps through the glass door and wets the bathroom floor. Not to mention the walls seemed paper thin I can hear a Bachelorette party. I asked again the next day if there was another room available and he said no. Even though I know there was through the borgata website. The odd side of the hotel is the worst view of Atlantic city. They charged for everything... parking each day, convenience fee a day. Faster Wifi each a day. Had to wait in line for the dining inside the hotel I was staying in even though I was a guest. The Casino staff was rude when I asked her a question. I had front row seats to a Chaka Khan event and the security advised me I cant take pictures or videos of her but there was 100's of other people doing it, not to mention the white couple a few seats next to us which he never approached. The only thing GOOD about this hotel was the food, the spa area, and the outdoor pool. The people I was surrounded with had good vibes. I realize maybe this hotel looks down on the minority and thats why I WILL ADVISED MY DEPARTMENT NOT TO STAY HERE. rating 2.5 of 5
Nice hotel but far from the beach or other vacation activities. Great indoor pool with outside garden for tanning.
