Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa

Great hotel. Could have been nicer for the price. But still nice. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless rooms are comped. Not worth the price is all.

So many things to see and do. Planning another visit soon.

The Borgata is expensive but it's worth the price. Rooms are great, clean, comfortable. Pool is great, surprised that the table games have low minimums even when it is packed. I do a weekend a year here and it's well worth the price.

The hotel is so beautiful. Everything is great there. our room was huge and so was the bathroom. Very clean organized. The pool is a little far from the rooms. you have to go through the casino area to get to the pool. You get a bracelet that you have to wear by the poolside. 2 complaints that i have is there is not enough signs anywhere. if its your first time there prepare to get lost even to parking lot. The other complaint is about the casino/room. If you are a nonsmoker and don't enjoy the smell of smoke, get ready because while i was playing roulette and i had someone sit 4 seats away from me smoking a cigar and then i wreaked of it. Even on the floor that my room was located on it smelled of smoke. Its not fair to others in my opinion. Also the room is far from the parking lot so be aware bring a rolling suitcase even if your only staying one night. That way u don't have to carry everything so far away. The umbrellas by the pool overlap so if someone is sitting next to you and they have an umbrella it will go over you and block your sun. I waited 15 minutes for a water and it was 6 dollars by the poolside, wish i would've brought water down. Other then that the hotel was very accommodating, big and beautiful. They have a couple places to eat right downstairs and this hotel is very close to boardwalk.

The staff are very helpful. The room had a great view and the complimentary girly stuff (shower cap, nail filer and q-tips) is just a little extra that the hotel gives to their customers!!

We stayed in a standard king bed room and it was a really nice room. I think Borgata will be my choice of hotel whenever I'm in AC.

I stayed at the Borgatta hotel for a conference. It's very a very beautiful and nice hotel. The rooms are lovely with great views. The price was very reasonable for such a nice hotel. The only downside was the smell of smoke that's allowed in the casino, and the cost of reasonable food and water in the hotel.

Received comp room for extra night due to bad Nor/Easter up the coast and could not leave due to storm

Upon arrival I ran into an issue of them not being able to find my reservation because we booked through orbitz (print out your confirmation if booking through a third party). Christopher at the front desk is fantastic he upgraded our room because of the inconvenience. Our room was fantastic, the bathroom was my favorite. I hate hotels that have bathtub shower combos this just had a two person shower!

Nice and clean Good people and bars Perfect place for a small getaway

I have stayed at the Borgata many times and they never disappoint. Room was exceptionally clean, neat and roomy. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The food court was nice for a quick bite to eat. The casino wasn't as smokey as some of the reviews I have read, but I did stay away from the smoking section as I am not a smoker. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel and casino, but disappointed by hotel front desk staff. First time I had a negative experience there. And when I commented on such upon check out, the staff member simply said well hope it's better next time and didn't at all try to remedy the situation.

Excellent room, very clean. Great staff, beautiful pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Good experience. Wish restaurants were accommodating in terms of setting up a reservation

The Borgata is one of the better casino hotels in Atlantic City. I have stayed there several times over the last twelve years, and usually have a good time. I have noticed that the Cleanliness and Condition of the rooms have been lacking the last couple of times I have stayed at the Borgata. I have had to change rooms or have housekeeping come to clean the room and change the bed linens. The Borgata is far from inexpensive, and it is expected to be up to par with having well cleaned rooms! I know housekeeping is short staffed, but the guests should not have to suffer! Other than that, I will continue to visit.

My boyfriend and I wanted to come to Borgata since we never stayed there. The staff in the hotel room area were great. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The girls bringing drinks when you are playing slots are slow and have attitudes. Althought the drinks are free when playing slots, you guys are still getting tips especially from my boyfriend and I. They need to replace the girls. Other than that the hotel is great!

I thought the Borgata was absolutely perfect. Between the shops, restaurants and casino itself, you never have to leave the resort. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large and shower was wonderful and room service was excellent. I'd return in a heartbeat.

First time staying here was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was. Very clean nice amenities.

Arrived about five hour's before check in, and was told they had a room ready but on a higher floor. Everyone and everything was first class from check in to check out !! Would stay here again , and would recommend this property to family and friends.

The room was generally clean; however, the carpet did have crumbs of food left over from the previous guest and the bedside lamp was dusty.
