Love hear service and clean rooms didn't win any money

Clean comfortable quiet Great restaurants Comedy show was good

I was in town for a conference. Due to blizzard, the hotel was honoring the conference room rate ($99), which I was unable to get at the time of my booking. However, since I booked through a 3rd party (Orbitz), the hotel was unable to honor the reduced rate and suggested that I book directly through them as they would have honored it had I gone through that method.

Great view, awesome big bathroom in the suite. Clean and big comfy king.

We saw America perform in the Music Box Theater. The concert and the venue were excellent. Would highly recommend and plan on returning. Otherwise, presently the hotel is the only nice option if you're looking for a place to stay over. Hope that changes by the summer time.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy too. That little Japanese restaurant in the hotel was nice and the food was good and reasonable priced. I would definitely return.

Checking out was the only non professional part of this stay. The severely tattooed clerk was clearly ignorant of tasks assigned to her, and the methods to perform them. Hacked out at 4:00am local time and had to wait several minutes for her to appear when I was the only one in line. She couldn’t get her computer to give me a receipt, couldn’t accept cash for the resort fee, and was probably just an affirmative action hire. Very unprofessional for such a nice resort.

Room was very clean hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower head needs upgrading.

Great hotel, staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back

Services were excellent despite the snowstorm “bomb cyclone” we have experienced that night although the buffet was closed that made me sad haha!

Clean room very good service excellent restaurants

Sorry, I don’t have the time, but I really liked Borgata.

Good experience. restaurants were very good. A bit too smokey on the casino floor.

Greeted Warmly at Checking Living Room Entrance Guards friendly Housekeeping Staff helpful

It toonk too long. To check in ... staff was rude

i decided to treat my best friend for a weekend spa for her birthday. We had a great time. Check In was smooth and fast. The room was perfect, front desk checkin guy gave me what I asked a view of the ocean. He did!! the complete stay was wonderful and I will do it again and again.... Carla

Room service wasn’t good spent a lot of money for cold food

They are letting condition of rooms go to lower standard in halls and rooms

Real nice hotel with great clubs and restaurants. Rooms are big and near the boardwalk

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. It has 1 indoor pool and 1 outdoor pool which has a bar, the staff is very pretty! The only negative point is the few umbrellas available but unfortunately a couple near us decided to go to their room and we took their umbrella otherwise we had to wait that someone decided to go away. The hotel has different restaurant, bar, shops... you will find what you are looking for! I will recommend this hotel to my friends
