It a beautiful bed and breakfast. Simple and quiet. All in one place with bar and restaurant. Free breakfast was great. The neighborhood is a bit intimidating. I wouldn't walk around the area late at night. Otherwise the bldg and property feels safe.

Beautiful & Historic - but not us

After checking in (the manager was very cordial and helpful) and surveying the accommodations, we decided not to stay because of my companion's difficulty in climbing stairs and she was experiencing claustrophobic anxiety due to the small size of our room. Disappointed because I was looking forward to the experience of staylng at the beautiful and historic Inn.

We loved our stay at this beautifully appointed, super clean, over 100 year old B&B! So comfortable, nice breakfast, kind & helpful staff. A real treat to be in a old inn, lovingly restored. This place was amazing. Loved the nostalgic look and feel of the place. It was so comfortable and cozy. Loved the breakfast as well. Simple for definitely filling. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Also love that they have a bar/pub downstairs. It walking distance to the boardwalk which is also a very big plus Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Reasonably priced, clean, convenient to the boardwalk, parking was convenient, facility is definitely historic meaning you will be impressed with the age but also realistic that it may not be as level as you would expect. Very secure which can also be problematic when you first arrive.

The Chelsea Inn and pub.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time there we stayed next-door at the casino and had walked past this beautiful bed-and-breakfast gave each other a look and decided we were going to check it out. It’s beautiful, classy and a great old timey feel. The room is our unique and each one is different. Great proximity to the beach and parking
