I was not notified about the water advisory in Atlantic city i used the water they not provide any bottled water or ice like others properties in Atlantic city i actually found out about at the hard rock this is totally unacceptable!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathtub was moldy and disgusting. Vents full of dust and cobwebs. I had an ocean view room, but the windows were smudged with handprints and covered in film which was definitely on the inside. No washcloths in the room - just 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. I was embarrassed that I brought my guest here.
Common areas were shabby and in need of updating as were rooms. Elevators at times not working. Definitely dangerous when you are on the 26th floor. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Pool area kept cleen
The location is on the boardwalk I love it, only 2 elevators working for 30 floors, long wait around check in and diner time. Bathtub a little dirty. overall we had a great stay

The positive: the room was super clean. The Kitchenette was lovely to have. The view from the room was breathtaking. The Spa is great! The negatives: Overall, the property isn't terrible. A lot of the furniture is old, missing paint, stain on table, the bathtub had paint/ coating missing, jet tub without jets... You are being charged for parking in their parking garage even so you are staying in the hotel which is ridiculous. Not to mention that they are not checking if you actually had a car there or not, and no one checked if we paid for parking or not! As a Hotel Guest, parking should be free!! The other thing we didn't like is that we got hit up on several occasions to come and sit through a presentation to become time shareholders to get a free breakfast or a gift card. The door towards the Boardwalk couldn't be unlocked with the key card either. You had to ring the doorbell or walk around the building to gain access.
Everything was excellent. You stepped out the hotel and you on the boardwalk.. planning to stay again

I liked the front desk they were very nice however the property itself as far as the rooms were very unhygienic and need to consult with the cleaning staff
