Nice location, friendly staff

The cost of the property spoke for itself. The pictures listed is not how the property looks. It’s a hole in the wall stinky motel. Good for one night only . The manager ali is rude! Disrespectful ! And has no sense of customer service . I left something behind called to retrieve it 2 hrs after I checked out an they threw it away . And with no regards dismissed me and it had sentimental value. I will not be returning !

I had many issues. I filed a complaint with the manager, Orbitz/Expedia, Paypal and Choice Hotels. The keycard was deactivated when I returned to the room. Went back downstairs got a new keycard. When I opened the door mu pavks were packed up and placed on the bed. The bottle of water I had in the fridge as well as the cherries were gone. I filed a complaint with the front desk and was told to take it up with the daytime manager. In the morning I wanted to shave and thats when I found out that my electtic razor was missing. I complained to the daytime manager and was told since i boojed via a third party they could not do anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Place was ok a little old looking but not to bad . Our door did look like Someone tried to break in once it was bent in and bottoms part sticks out on the inside of the room.

My family stay at Quality Inn every time we come to Atlantic City. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are soo comfortable. I hated to leave

Did not like Quality in Or Atlantic City. Will never visit or pick Quality In again.

stay was nice and hotel clean and friendly. We won.t at the hotel very long due to the show and time we return.

this is a nice place 1 problem to many shadiness in the area a man followed me right into the main office that is unacceptable but other than that it as a nice place

Dear Tiffany, we apologize for any inconveniences caused to you during your stay. We had some changes in staff and the person in the question was let go recently. We also had renovations at the property with the new furniture and other things. Hopefully, you will give us a chance to serve you better next time.
