Second time back within a year and i love the location, the convenience the distance to wvwrything i nevwr stay on the boardwalk becasu iykyk, thank god for olaces like this un fussy friendly staff, i will definitely be booking here again and bringing family both intrios i have coming up for next year and my little weekend getaways!!

Property just seems like it needs a lot of work; doesn't look or feel appealing at all even if the staff were great. The room was very dark, the bathroom was terrible - too small and mold in shower.

It was the worst stay in a hotel in my life . Check in about 10:00pm went to dinner came back to the room, around 12:30am to sleep woke up around 5am to fine out my fiancé has been bitten by bedbugs. Check out immediately. Also should have know something was wrong, cause there where cockroaches crawling on the wall. Still waiting for my refund.

The staff helped me check in a little earlier than check in time. That was great. The room wasn't anything fancy, but I will say it was clean and smelled very clean. A few issues with the TV/channels. It would flash in and out with an error message. There were 2 separate events, both lasting about 1hr. Inconvenient, yes, but for the price I paid I can easily overlook that. Most importantly it was CLEAN!

The drain in the tub needs to be unclogged (I removed the hair laying in the drain) and the fan in the bathroom was unplugged do to it sounding like a race car. Also housekeeping needs to check room every day for basic cleaning, that would be removal of trash and the replacement of towels and toiletries

If you go in not expecting much, you wont be disappointed. The lobby stunk really bad when we went to check in. I dont know what the smell was, but it lingered all the way to the third floor. Everywhere else smelled of weed. The rooms were generally clean, so kudos to the cleaning crew. We didnt go to breakfast, but the man who checked us out gave us 2 packages of muffins...that were super dry. It is extremely close to the boardwalk, so that was a plus. But, we agreed we wouldnt stay again.

The check can process took an unnecessarily long time. Overall, the property is pretty rundown. The room itself is OK. There is no coffee maker in the room. All the fixtures in the bathroom looks like they need to be replaced. The common areas are in, especially for condition. I will probably never stay at this property again.

Staff was nice but property was on the more ghetto side felt unsafe because their wasn’t any cameras . Elevator did not work the bathroom was more modern then the room . Old furniture smelled awful . Definitely a live and learn lesson!!

Absolutely will never stay here again. Area was unsafe. People fighting outside the rooms. The door did not close all the way, the locks were falling off the doors. $15 cash only to park which was not disclosed, lot was small and unlit. Areas of the bathroom wall were falling apart.
