This place is falling apart. The rooms are worn and old, there’s nothing luxurious about it. Also, the halls smell like marijuana and at 4 am, someone decided to bang on our door. I thought this place was a step up from the Borgata but it isn’t and I would never come back.

Good times in Atlantic City. Decent hotel for the price.

What I didn't like was that I booked the Water Club but when I arrived the hotel was closed for the season and nobody contacted me. Instead I had to stay in the Borgata which I didn't want..but after 4 hours of driving had no choice

Good hotel in AC. Lively casino. Could use some updating.

Don't waste your money. My husband and I chose to stay here for a romantic getaway during a rainy week. We wanted to relax by the adult only indoor pools that were advertised to be set up with a tropical ambience. Since it was a Monday, hotels were very inexpensive, under $100. Even the Borgata was only $99. The Water Club was $150 but we figured it was worth it for the relaxing pool environment. I even called to ask if the pools were all open before booking. Our room was fine, nothing spectacular. When we went to use the pool there was a waiting list for lounge chairs! It was overcrowded with towels everywhere and the pool was tiny with 2 crowded hot tubs. They don't even check if you are staying at the water club so I could have paid $50 less. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a chair. Pool was not heated. We didn't even bother going the next day. Water Club also isn't on the boardwalk so you need to take jitney to go anywhere else. I wish we stayed at the new Ocean resort, we checked it out but opted for Borgata purely for the pool. What a disappointment.

Very poor service on check-in. Took over 30 minutes. In general, the hotel seems understaffed and the staff at the desk was not very pleasant. Only 2 people working the 2 pools on a very hot day. There were drinking cups and garbage everywhere and the young woman simply couldn't keep up. Not sure what's happened to this hotel. It's been a 5 star for years. I wouldn't rate it higher than 3.5

Great stay- sheets were a bit rough but that's just my preference.

Nice Hotel, has everything, no need to leave. Spa is amazing.

I specifically chose this hotel because of the 5 pools which are listed on the website as: "five heated pools -indoor and outdoor, each offering a distinct experience”. As they are all heated and there was nowhere that said the outdoor pools are closed in the winter, I expected them all to be open. However, upon arrival, only 2 were open (1 was the exclusive spa one which cost even more money to use) and the other 3 were closed!!!! When booking the hotel in August, there was no indication that: 1) The Borgata Outdoor Pool would be closed for the winter 2) The Water Club Outdoor Pool would be closed for the winter 3) The Borgata Indoor Pool & Garden would be closed for renovations Given that all of the pools are advertised as all being heated, it is VERY reasonable for each guest to assume that all pools would be open year round. I would not have paid the price to stay at the Water Club given that more than half of the water part of the club was closed!

We had no sheets on our bed and when we called the front desk the lady I spoke too was incredibly rude for no reason.. after a long wait we got our sheets

The overall experience was fine, however, the housekeeping was below par for this type of hotel. The bedding was depressing with dark sheets and mustard blankets. It did not look as if the sheets were changed each day since they looked rumpled under the covers. The bar glasses and ice bucket were not cleaned or replaced daily. The vanity sink and counter didn't seem to be cleaned daily either. IThe housekeeping staff needs to be retrained in order to keep the rooms clean and presentable. The hotel staff in general was accommodating and professional. I used the Spa facilities and was very pleased with the staff and massage. I would return again but would be cautious as to room conditions.

I love the water club! not only because its a premium property. But when you stay at the water club, you feel like your in the middle of everything. yet, apart, tucked away in a little corner away from all the crowds and all that comes with it... you feel like you're in your own little sanctuary .

Would have liked at least a bottle of water at check in.

We loved our stay. We swam in one of the pools, visited the fitness center, gambled in the adjoining casino and admired the view from our room. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Pleasant staff and hotel amenities were as promised.
