The stay was very disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning did not work at night, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Staff never once checked in to ask about my stay, even when I approached them. On top of that, Wi-Fi details were not provided at check-in or re-check-in. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Disappointed have had better stays

The air conditioner was broken upon our arrival. We could tell that someone had been smoking in our non-smoking room. We needed to call for help with the TV because it wasn't working. When we went to bed the comforter amelled like cigarette smoke, even though we sprayed everything down the smell lingered in the room. The hot water was out this morning so we had to wait to shower this morning.

I’ve stayed here many times and this was the first time that I’ve had a poor experience. Hotels aren’t cheap so it’s frustrating to pay for hotels and their utilities not work. During our stay, there was no hot water at all so my family, including 3 year old son had to take cold showers, the ice machines didn’t work, our room wasn’t cleaned everyday so we had to nag for towels and such, and the breakfast was subpar - they made breakfast burritos one morning and the inside was still ice cold. Again, I usually have very positive things to say about my experience at this hotel but my last stay was not good.
