Staff was friendly. Pool was fantastic. Rooms were bigger than they look in the pics. We had a basic room, did the job. Would def stay here again!

The morning staff was not friendly or helpful. Older gentleman. No vending machines on site. Couldn’t buy bottled water to make coffee.
Because I booked online the check-in was effortless. The facility is much more beautiful in person and has changed my perspective on and standard of motels as a whole. The room and property in general were very clean. We received a parking pass (and permission from the owners) to park on-site the date of arrival and all day after checkout. We were even able to use the pool and there is a small outdoor shower and public (to guest) bathroom on site as well. I would definitely recommend this motel to a friend.
Didn't expect much for a beach town motel but the Sea Spray was cleaner and the room roomier than expected. Daily maid service was very good. The front desk staff weren't very friendly but that's no big deal. Not on the beach but very close and convenient. A little expensive but most of the places on LBI are. I would stay there again.
The bed was not the size we requested. There were flies in the room. The floor was dirt.
