That they put me on the street side of the property and couldn’t sleep cause all the drivers racing ,loud noises. Never again

**THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE**, parking was half the cost of my room. Room was not clean. Just horrible place. Avoid if you can

I made a reservation for a room with two beds for two people and was given only 1 bed. The person on the front desk said the hotel had no obligation in giving us the room which we had made a reservation for. The following day, I requested a receipt for the payment and the same person said the hotel does not provide receipts.

Noicy, isolation from outside, you can hear the traffic at night.

The toilet seat was dirty upon first time entrance to the room. There were hairs in the bathroom. The AC was turned off and it was 95 degrees outside on 7/29.

I had canceled my date but it was still showing in the system.

Location and access to transportation is great. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff leaves much to be desired.

Handicap accessibility was adequate, except for elevator access and convenience. Parking and hotel entrance was too congested.

Everything was as advertised. The shuttle to and from EWR was particularly good and very much appreciated.

The hotel location and the staff were the highlights of my trip. Despite an intial room with dirty bathroom, I was impressed with the customer service response. My first room had disgusting hair all over the sink. When I complained, they moved me to new room and called me to follow up and ensure the new room was good.The bellhop and shuttle driving men were also very courteous and helpful. This is an older Hilton but it was clean, facilities look ok and once again, it’s in a great location. Elevator is key activated, a nice feature for someone worried about safety. I would probably stay again, but only if I could not get a better deal elsewhere because the price was higher than I cared to pay for a “Hilton” that is older (cost comes from prime position I am sure) but nonetheless clean and good. No breakfast! But 24 hour fitness center looked nice and the hotel connects to Penn Station!

Hilton has really went downhill... Peeling wallpaper, dirty floors, wrinkled up bed sheets, broken bathroom parts, no pride in their Property.
