Apparently there are 2 holiday inns by the airport in Newark Nj. We went to the wrong g one, we were directed to the correct one , only to find out holiday inn was closed for renovations. The then directed us to another hotel. We were not informed of the changes. Very bad business! Totally un happy.

It was extremely nice that the hotel had a restaurant inside. We had just traveled internationally for over 10hrs so it was great relief

My problem was as i entered my room i was talking to exwife on my $350 Bose bluetooth headphones and put them by the tv. My alarm went off at 3am and i caught the 3:30 shuttle to airport. As soon as i arrived at airport i called Hotel and asked them if they could go up and hold them for me. They denied finding them and i know for a fact they where there.

stinks like weed. i was given a key to an occupied room. wouldnt return for free

there were a few hairs on the towels, but we were able to search though and find 1 or 2 that were clean enough to use. there were little hairs on the pillow cases too. We were able to find 2 pillows that were clean enough to use.

Sheets were debatable clean or not................

The guy at the front desk working overtime is great. Had a great convo with him. Also, the food was good. However, there were a number of problems with the facility. First thibgs first, i wanted to exercise but the door to the gym was locked and at the front desk, they told me that they lost the key. I decided to run the stairs instead but on the inside of the doors in the stairwell, there were no doorknnobs. This struck me as dangerous because if anyone were chasing me in there or if there were a fire, i could not get out. I would be lying if i saud i was not disappointed by this.
