The hotel was awesome! The room was very clean! The breakfast was convenient and filling. It was close to the airport and the shuttle to the airport was courteous and very much appreciated since we did not rent a vehicle. Every member of the hotel staff greeted us always with a smile and calming hello. I do and would recommend using rhis hotel again!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn near an airport in New Jersey, and honestly, I was disappointed with the service. They advertised an airport shuttle, but when I needed it, there was none. Instead, the front desk arranged a taxi, telling me it would cost $25. This taxi, apparently one they use regularly, drove me to the airport and then demanded $35 instead, with a rude attitude. I felt the hotel should have been more honest and handled their promised services far more professionally.

We had a very nice stay for two nights at this hotel. The check in and check out process was quick and easy, everything was accessible, and our room was great. HOWEVER, I do not suggest staying here if you have a car. You must pay extra per night to park your car in their lot, and the parking spaces are extremely limited. We had to essentially make a spot for my car by jamming it where it would fit.’So not only did I have to pay extra for this, but it was as if I was paying extra for something that I couldn’t totally utilize.
