Bathrooms need exhaust fans Bathrooms need larger sinks Bathroom shower heads have no pressure Bathroom shower heads need to be on a hose to properly wash body especially since there is little pressure getting to shower head. Bathroom shower curtains do not hold water inside tub resulting in water all over floor which gets makes things worse since you grt one tiny towel to absorb floor water Do I really need to go up one floor to get ice?

Holiday Inn Newark Airport

I booked through hotels.com. I was charged a deposit fee of “blank” and the receipt said I will pay the remainder “blank” amount at check in. When I went to check in they charged me a total of “blank” and said they never got a deposit fee from me and that they were charging me an additional deposit of $”blank”per night. The hotel and hotels.com both did not know where deposit went. Also. The hotels shower drained was clogged and refused to fix it because it’s a “pipe” problem.

The hotel is generally good, clean, They have an airport shuttle bus every half hour. no drinking water bottle in the rooms. They have a luggage room.

Matias went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He was informative of the hotels attractions, directed me to the restaurant buffet and informed me how much it was. He also reassured me about the shuttle bus that comes to and from the hotel. I was affected by the Microsoft power disruptions, and stuck in a different country by myself. Matias reassured me that everything will be fine. He even told me to go to the room, relax and put the do not disturb sign on the door. Which was very helpful, especially when you are unable to think of these things, when the night before you spent sleeping on a hard bench in the airport. Matias is an asset to your organization! His calm voice, put my mind at ease. Thank you! The rooms were SO clean and inviting. Thank you housekeeping. The mints on the bed were the best! The bar tender at the Grill restaurant, was helpful as well and has the most organized bar I’ve EVER seen. I recommend this holiday inn to anyone who visits Newark. They saved my life. Thank you!

The elevators are too small and only 2 out 3 worked. My husband is in a wheelchair. The toilet was too low he's 6ft 4in smh the tub/shower combo suck it's too low. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean but stuffy. I booked 2 rooms for family out of town their room had a microwave and ours didn’t. When you exit out to the left of the patking lot its trash all over the place. Will not be booking again None of the Holiday Inn expresses

Horrible business practice

Booked a room and when we went to check in- hotel was overbooked and our room was given away- we had to drive around for 2 hours til we found a hotel that wasn’t sold out.
