Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a different story - paint chipped on every wall, bathroom floor looked like it had grime and paint all over it, bedroom floor was ripped up and couch had crumbs all over it. The area around the hotel also leaves a lot to be desired and I often did not feel safe walking alone.

Our stay was great but overall we witnessed some unprofessionalism from your staff. No only where they not working as a team leaving one of the attendants to fend for the complementary breakfast by herself while they spoke ill of her at the doorway near the elevators. I also went to the front desk attendant on Saturday afternoon and waited patiently to be attended to while she was making a reservation on the phone. She then put the patron on hold for a second and asked how she can help. I asked the front desk if she could send someone to my room with fresh towels and reset the bed. While still on the phone the front desk addressed me and stated it would be done but when I returned to the room late that night nothing was done. Overall the stay was good!

The hotel was better than what I thought, due to the area. I loved the smell once you walk in. Only one matter I had was the HDMI for the tv kept changing so it was a problem to watch it. I had to call front desk for someone to come and fix it. Other than that, it was great. I will stay here again.

The stay at the hotel was great! The only complaint is that the walls to cancel out outside noise are thin, I was in the 8th floor and at night you could hear the music from cars passing by, so you might want to bring earplugs if sounds bother you when you sleep. Also if you are a solo female, maybe check out prices for car travel because yes the city is walkable, but I wouldn't recommened walking alone during the day or night alone. Also make sure you are ready to gave your car valet for you, cause their really isn't anywhere else to park. Hotel itself was great though!!

The bus pick up from the airport was very confusing and took over 1:30 to get picked up. Besides that the service was great, the room was comfy, although the walls need to be cleaned and painted in the room. Otherwise great service. Whitney at the bar was amazing

Everything was fine at the hotel, a clean and pleasant place to stay. The only thing is that the food service should improve in quality and taste, but everything else was great. I recommend it.
