Very nice place to stay. To take the hotel shuttle, you must go to P4 via AirTrain and call the hotel staff so they will pick you up shortly.
Airport proximity & prompt shuttle service
Even thought we arrived after 1:00 am they sent a shuttle for us and we were able to check in with no problem. The breakfast was better than average for airport hotels.
It was close to the airport but it was quite, no outside noise, very clean. There was no TV signal that was the only issues.
Always a good time when we link up... ☺️ Hotel is clean and I think is very up to date.
No fridge. Room right next to elevators so listened to them all night long. No coffee.
Due to given circumstances with the pandemic and the snow storm I understand people get overwhelmed but the staff was not friendly or professional. Communication needs to improve, I called the hotel for 30 mins trying to schedule a shuttle service to pick me up from airport and the phone would just continue to ring. My room was never cleaned and free breakfast was not included due to covid because restaurant was closed. There needs to be an accommodation where instead of the grab and go is out of pocket at least be complimentary because I booked a room believing food would be available.
There is no free breakfast as advertised on Orbitz and a even a bottle of water- you have to buy! Facilities in the lobby has one microwave that’s not cleaned for days and trash was left outside of elevator doors!

It took 45 min and 3 phone calls to get a shuttle from the Holiday Inn to show up at 4 pm. Watched all the other hotels shuttles got through twice before it showed up. Booked this place due since it was the closest - big mistake.
The black mildew on the shower head, and the hair in the sink, along with the drain in the tub being backed up in room 301 had to be the worst of it for me. The beds were sooooo soft and comfy and the staff were pleasant.
The shuttle driver was the smoothest shuttle ride I have ever had and the front desk was wonderful as well at 1 AM it was so nice.
Super friendly and helpful staff. The television didn't work, so that was a problem.
