Disappointing check-in experience after a very long travel day. I arrived at the same time as another guest who was immediately checked in, while I was told I had to return later and pay a fee. When I questioned the inconsistency, the response was rude. I was also not offered luggage storage, which made waiting in an unfamiliar city inconvenient. My room was located next to the elevators and laundry area, and the room keys didn’t work, requiring additional effort after hauling multiple bags. The only bright spot was a helpful housekeeping staff member. The hotel restaurant was not open to guests due to a private party of only 25 people, which was surprising and inconvenient. Lastly, a police presence of approximately 10 cars directly below my window, with commands being yelled over a PA system, was extremely disruptive to my sleep. Overall, I expected a more consistent and guest-focused experience.

Advertised as a restaurant that has full breakfast even with picture of such. Didn’t want to leave the property to eat was only there for a short stay. No room service and the breakfast place was pre made. Pre packaged breakfast sandwiches or yogurt and muffins. No such restaurant or sit down options. Room service would be a nice option. But hotel was very clean. And ultimately that’s most important. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfortable.
