room was very clean and property maintained. Minor complaint would be that the room trash cans are too narrow and small. Can't place a bag of empty fast food wrappers inside it. The bad trash can design is a waste of metal material. It would be better environmentally to have a regular sized hotel room trash can. Another item worth mentioning is the the room hallway doors are the standard one. This means you can hear people talking in the hallway at 11:30pm at night after they have been at a party and going to the room to sleep. It is a typical distraction. Hopefully those rude individuals will learn to be polite to the other guests and speak quieter when a few feet from the other person, and not project their voice down the hallway to someone else.

We found and old stocking and some kind of lubricant underneath the bed so it looked like they had not clean it in a while. We reported it to management and they said they would give me a 20% discount for the inconvenience but that was rather unpleasant.

Pretty good hotel

Pretty good hotel. Clean room. AMAZING high floor view. Literally could walk to MetroPark train station. Pretty decent amenities for what clearly used to be in office building. Lots of elevators. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was amazing clean with friendly staff. The in building Japanese restaurant appeared to lack staff even with most tables empty. Wait was 40 minutes we were looking forward to dining here but was unable to due to delay.

The rooms were not that clean. We found other people trash near/under the bed. There was a splash of something on the wall near the bed. The shower had hair in it before we even used it. When I first checked in the room, I realize the door lock didn’t turn and this was a problem with all 3 rooms I booked. The property bars/restaurants were barely ever open. The property also does not provide or have any plates or silverware. It’s good to note, this hotel does not have much service to anything. The walls are super thin so you can definitely hear everything outside your door. The light from the hallway shined through the room.

I booked the room to take a very important board certification exam on zoom. There was no desk or chair space despite it being pictured during booking. Checkout time was 2 hours after my exam ended and was initially told that I would have to check availability in the am to See if I could do late checkout. Later on I was told maximum late check out is 1 hour despite letting front desk staff know I needed 2 hours. Would not recommend.
