I requested for a late checkout and it was agreed that I checked out at noon. From 11.00am, multiple staff kept calling my room phone and knocking on my door. It was so so annoying. There should be better coordination between staff so that not too many follow up calls are made. You can do better.

Stay was great. The only issues we had was the ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work and the ice machine on the 6th floor had no ice. The entire hotel had to use the 6th floor. Also I asked for another blanket and the hotel ran out.
