Great place

We had a fire alarm went off on January 1st very early morning around 1:45 AM and there was no front desk staff on duty but security guard who was not trained for this situation. We were told by FD to evacuate the building and find different place to stay but due to early morning check in no room were available to check in till 11 am. We were not guaranteed for refund either. Horrible service.

Very clean, just renovated, you can see everything lux like new, great breakfast, to bad they don’t have a program for guess who leaves early, no breakfast at that time, I asked and nothing to go, most of hotel have a early bags to go.

Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else. This hotel was dirty. The carpet had crumbs and other particles on the floor from the previous guests. They did not come to clean the room either. There was trash left outside of some of the rooms (which should be an indoor needed to leave). But we were also awaken to a fire alarm at 5:30 am and proceeded outside. Then to be told that the building was being closed and we needed to get our stuff and leave. This happened to all the guest of the hotel the morning of July 4th. They promised a refund which I have emailed about and have heard zero feedback from this hotel not even and apology for the inconvenience and additional expenses my family and I had to incur. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, especially for a business trip and I have stayed here several times over the last 3 months. The minimum wage-minimum effort staff is what really drags this hotel down. The front desk person was literally CURLED UP ON THE COUCH AND SLEEPING instead of behind the desk. I later had to wave my hand in front of her face to get her off her phone so I could check out. House keeping thinks that 2 coffee pods are supposed to last 4 days, and if you want more you have to specifically ask for them from the front desk. Want to add an extra day because your business plans changed? Forget it! It confused these people so bad they completely bungled the property management system and left my room a mess. I attempted to email the GM, but no one would give me her direct email so I used a general one and directed it to her. I have yet to receive any response. It's a nice hotel, but don't expect much from the staff. I won't be coming back.

Loved the modern look of the interior despite the ongoing renovations/construction outside. HATED that breakfast was stopped before 930am and people were still coming downstairs to eat only to be told that kitchen will not bring out more food, sorry. Witnessedmultiple guests asking for food fo be brought out to no avail. Ended up settling for muffin. Frankly, disappointes because i have not experienced such in other hotel stays. Will not rebook this particular hotel.

They made an exception to check in time since it was Wrestlemania Weekend

Very noisy as it’s right on the street and windows did not stop enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

We didn’t get what hotel people and orbitz promised. I will be stopping booking from orbitz now.

You have this hotel listed as 4 stars it is NOT. Research shows it is a 2.5 star stay. Very upset abd disappointed.
