When my wife and I arrived, there was a bit of a delay because one of the floors was off limits, so technically our room wasn’t available. However, the reception staff quickly accommodated us by arranging a stay at their sister hotel, Envue, Autograph Collection, which was conveniently located just around the corner. To make up for the inconvenience, they upgraded our room to one with a beautiful view and provided us with a $25 credit for the bar. The room was absolutely stunning, and my wife especially loved the view. What made the experience even more special was that we were celebrating her birthday and Valentine’s Day. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent customer service and thoughtful gestures that turned a small inconvenience into a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Great location with amazing views of Manhattan. The rooms are big, clean, and nicely decorated, and the free breakfast is a nice bonus. It’s a great place to stay for one or more nights. The staff are friendly and helpful, and getting to Manhattan is super easy—about a 15-minute bus ride to Port Authority for $4 or an 8-minute ferry ride for $9.
