An outstanding location with an amazing panoramic view! Bed is super comfy and the black out curtains kept the room dark. The seating area was very convenient for us as well. Two of the three treadmills at the gym did not work and there were no wipes to use. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The property was conveniently located near the NYC ferry. It was also located right near highways and interstate which made travel to and from events very easy. The biggest downfall was the two rooms were vastly different from each other. The biggest issue was the way the heat was controlled. One room had a window unit that allowed cold air to pour in when it wasn't blowing excessive heat. The better unit had a central thermostat that made the unit much more comfortable by not having temperature spikes. The better unit also had a small refrigerator which was nice to keep my insulin in. The less convenient unit that I stayed in only had an ice bucket. Lastly I requested non feather pillows and there were some non feathered pillows but there was feathers somewhere in the bedding.

Amazing location. property was clean. rooms were spacious. The beds were one of the most comfortable that I have stayed in recent times. The restaurant on site has amazing breakfast, not sure about other meals, don't miss the breakfast! staff is super friendly and helpful. we travel to NYC quite often, this will be our new go to hotel from now on.
