It’s pretty much a dump, but I usually overlook that because they upgrade me to a large suite based on my ambassador status. That didn't happen this time and the room I had was dated, noisy, virtually no water pressure in the shower, I switched rooms because the HVAC was making an awful noise and the second room had the same problem so I gave up.

This was the second time within a month that | stayed at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel, and on both occasions I experienced issues with housekeeping service. During my most recent stay, housekeeping did not come to the room until after | called the front desk to request extra towels. When I called, the front desk representative implied that I must have had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, which was not the case, as I had been at work all day. The representative was also very rude and ended the call abruptly. I was disappointed by the lack of service and the way the situation was handled, especially as this was my second stay in such a short period of time.
