When I booked the hotel I know that Sheraton hotels are known to be the best and highest quality but when I got to the room no fridge coffee machine is outdated when you take a shower half of the water stays on the bottom from the faucet and there was a split divider wall on the top you can see dust that hasn’t been cleaned for years and I left room all day came back 7.30 pm the room has not been done I was very disappointed

I like it was clean..but night staff was kind of rude...did no like the way he treated me...they been charged $25 for parking...

Location is wonderful, view from the hotel 5*****, we arrived to the hotel at 14:30, check in started from 15:00, we couldn't check in earlier, which was fine and understandable, but we could leave out luggages. The receptionist was asking if it would be fine if we would get a smaller room ( I thought that is ready to check in, so we agreed to the smaller room) but in the end we could not check in to the smaller room either and we got the information that it we have to go back in 1-1,5 hour. So we went back to the hotel at around 16:30-17:00, we could check in right ahead, we got the smaller room. We were 4 of us, the room was only prepared for 2 people, so there was the question why did we have to wait. So we asked the housekeeper to prepare the extra bed for us and bring more towels. Maybe we had hight expectations, but we all agreed that we it did not worth the price we payed.

We have booked a room for Sep2nd-Sep3rd for one night stay. When I called around 11.30pm whether someone will be able to check in us when we arrive around 5 clock in morning, the person who lifted the phone said you are good and you can come and checkin. When we arrived at the hotel the real chaos started. The person in the front desk was not accepting us to do the checkin as it crossed 12 clock or 2 clock in morning, since we have to present our credit card in person a hard copy. I don't understand the logic what if someone comes early in the morning for a flight and tries to checkin for next 2 days. Initially he asked us to pay an extra amount for next day and book the hotel. Even though we said we have our flight in evening and we will be checking out at 11 clock like staying only for 6hrs and do a checkout the person in front desk didn't really help us and at a moment we have to start looking for a room outside near to airport. This is a big customer unfriendlyness and I really hated the hotel. In the end after 5 minutes he came back and said he can override and gave us a room. We really liked the hotel with a good view, but however good the location and view is, if the person in front desk doesn't really know how to handle a customer and be friendly to them, there is no meaning for the education they studied and it brings bad name to the hotel as well. Excellent location and great view of nyc; terrible property condition and decrepit elevator - no elevator certificate posted or that it is in office; room safe was stuck, needed engineer to open, but not available 24 hours. Sheraton and Orbitz should not list this as a property.

The entire place smells of smoke. Had to change rooms because first one smelled totally of smoke. Very noisy. Staff cleans rooms until 10pm with doors open talking and laughing loudly. Wireless worked only occasionally.

I like the fact that there is a ferry that takes you right into the middle of time square. What I didn't like was the fact that I booked a double queen and when I got there they only had me in for a Queen room and then I ended up in a room with double full size, so I did not get what I paid for.

Great place to stay, easy to get in and out of NYC. Could add more breakfast options. Only serve a buffet. Hoboken has many great restaurants but it’s a long walk. Parking in Hoboken is a problem. Uber is your best option.

Had to pay for parking $25.00 per day, was not mentioned on the reservation or anywhere on ORBITZ website. Reservation was for a king size bed and we got two beds room! So disappointed

Some light fixtures we're not working and the bathroom vent also was not working. Some of the front desk were not as friendly.
