Near EWR, but the hotel neighborhood is not so great. Some fast food restaurants within a walking distance. Strong and stable WiFi.

This is honestly one of the grossest hotels I have stayed in. It is dirty and smelled like smoke in the rooms the. There was an actual grocery cart in the hallway that was stolen from a local grocery store in the lobby... Also children socks laying in the hallway and a broken toilet sheet laying in the hall. I brought this up to the owners and they seemed pre occupied with there families who seemed to be living in a back room at the hotel. I would not stay here!

First of all, the location is far away from the airport for using shuttle. The hotel is dirty, noisy, unkindness, inconvenience.

UNACCEPTABLE...unsanitary conditions...bed bugs...deceitful staff and management.

Stay here many times when in NY area. Even though renovated, it felt the same. Room wax old, very simple breakfast. The only thing nice about this motel is its location. 20 mins away from EWR, and less than 30 mins away from Penn Station using NJ Transit. You got what you paid for.

I was staying in this hotel for two weeks. I changed room three times for Insects and rats problem. Elevator was broken. Laundry facility and gym is out of order. Staff were terrible. They don't even greet and even worse they never say sorry or thank you. Whole experience was just unpleasant. Quality of the room was also poor. Wall paint was peering, window was broken so I could not open it. There were lots of insects from AC/heater. etc etc..........

Great location for my visit since I was on my way to take my son back to college. It was very convenient for me.

Terrible hotel. Breakfast was a joke! They served frozen sausages because they said their microwave was not working. Staff didn't want to talk to me about the frozen sausage, told me to speak with the manager. Hallway carpets greasy and filthy with a bad smell. Ice machines on 6th floor not working, 4th floor not working and in main lobby was not working also. Informed the front desk and she told me, "Ice machines are complimentary and if they are not working its not the hotels problem, if you want ice go the store a couple of blocks away and buy some". Such a sad place. I can't believe that the hotel puts a name on it.

first and foremost it is much further from the Newark airport than the 5.5 miles advertised: more like 25-30 miles and at least 25 minutes drive time, when the shuttle finally arrived,. much later than the time I called. I was the only person going to this location.I felt like leaving but it was late at night and to go back to the airport without a hotel was not an option. the next day and asked about a second night, I was told ok ,but that I would have to move to the floor where the person had complained about the roaches. this was the same floor that smelled awful like a lot of cigarette smoke when the elevator door opened, ugh no thanks...

Never answered listed phone number to request shuttle pick up from airport. I took Lyft to hotel. Once I arrived at hotel I requested shuttle for hotel and was told there are two shuttle times ,9 and 11AM. No help for 7:30 time needed. No explanation, just parroting "I'm sorry sir".

The hotel was dirty, In desperate need in paint, The ground are awful, Trash everywhere, broken liqueur bottles and glass in the parking lot, Empty bottles and cans at the lobby entrance, shuttle van parked in the entrance making it difficult for guest to enter the lobby. abandoned cars with broken window's and flat tires in the parking lot, I do a fair amount of traveling, and this by far was the worst of all,

I had no problem with the ramada.. The only thing about them is that room service come to your room late.. other then that.. the front seat is pretty cool the lady and man I always deal with...
