Everyone from the front desk to the gentleman who held the door for us in the lobby to the crew that cleaned our room were OUTSTANDING!!! We will absolutely return.
The hotel really needs to be updated, especially bathrooms, still using shower curtains and really need to be redone. Rooms smell musty and they do not run AC in rooms or hallway. Took a while for our room to cool down after we turned on the air. The lady who works the night shift with the dirty blonde hair is just straight up rude. She might want to consider doing something other than Hospitality.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years for our annual summer trip to Brigantine. We have also recommended this place to many. We have booked through our time share and booked through orbitz and always had nothing but a great experience. However, this past trip that was not the case. Upon checking in we were told our room wouldn’t be really until 2pm. No problem we went to the beach. We came back at 2:30 ready to check in and were told the the room I booked was not adequate for my family of my two 6year old boys and my husband and I. I booked the studio which is a queen bed and a pull out couch/futon. I have booked this room in the past and It was great for us. They suggested I book another studio and my husband and I split up taking one kid each. We said absolutely not that is absurd. Then they wanted us to upgrade to a one bedroom that consisted of a king bed and a pull out couch ( the same sleeping space as the original booking) just and extra half bath. At that point I had two tired kids, a cranky husband we just got back from the beach and also drove 3 hours that morning to get there. I just agreed to the upgrade with a $300 price tag. When checking out I was told I didn’t return beach towels and was going to be charged. Which was not true we returned our beach towels daily. It was very disappointing and will probably book elsewhere on our next visit. However, Mona and Ernie were a pleasure to deal with.

Everyone was very polite and helpful . Very very clean. Check in was very easy. The pool was a little on the small size.
Wish the pool was opened earlier. Children wake up and want to be entertained very early lol
Absolutely beautiful and spacious room!! The rooftop pool has magnificent views. I will definitely be booking a room again!
The rooms are very nice but the WiFi was terrible. Ito ly stayed connected a few minutes at a time.igave up trying to connect to the internet. That was the only negative.
I love Its a block from the beach and very quite. With restaurants that you can walk to for breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Convenient to the beach. But on a very busy street across from a noisy firestation. And our room was right next to the noisy elevator and it kept us awake all night. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not the place for you.
An enjoyable stay in a modern, well-maintained hotel a short walk from the beach and small restaurants. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We definitely will stay here on our next trip to Brigantine!

Hello Ms. Nicole, I apologize for the long delay in replying. I'm sorry you were disappointed on your recent stay at La Sammana. When you made your reservation you indicated there would be one guest staying, however, when you arrived you had 4 people, including your two children. The same applied to the other guest you were traveling with. Due to Fire Code regulations we must adhere to the unit occupancy maximums, which for the Studio suite, is two people. (The futon in the suite is to accommodate two people who don't want to share the same bed.) The additional charge was for the difference in rate from a Studio to a One-Bedroom. I trust you were much more comfortable in the One Bedroom that had proper bedding for your family than you would have been in the Studio. I'm sorry if upholding our policy was offensive to you, as it was not our intention. I hope you change your decision to not return again. Stay well.
