I had to wait 1 hr to park in property that I paid $20 per night, that is B.S., Completely B.S. You do not offer food in the morning, that is B.S. completely B.S. I will never go to your hotels for these reasons, The END

The hotel was in a convenient place for my trip and two destinations that I would travel between. The roads were pretty horrible generally in the area. The room temperature and controls were good. I wanted a two Queens bed with a suite but none was there (listed)? But the beds and pillows were nice. Some of the property had imperfections but nothing to bad. Overall, it was OK and convenient.

Room cleaning. Rooms were not cleaned properly as standard brand

The rooms were not in good shape to be a suite. Tub was dirty, hand sink was broke and the toilet seat had a burn stain on it like someone tried to put out a cigarette on it, mind you we had to change rooms because the first one smelled like smoke and the sheets was dirty

Hotel cleaning and safety was excellent. Front desk agent was very friendly and polite at check in but check out agent was texting and performing at the same time.

The staff was above and beyond helpful with directions, friendliness and service.

The property tried to get me to pay for parking but honored this website showing it was free parking. There is a miscommunication between the hotel and this website.

Its ok to stay here. Nothing exicting and extra ordinary. If you get cheaper two star hotel with cleaniness choose that.

The blinds in the room did not close and I couldn't leave because I was with my children but I couldn't sleep due to the blinds not closing. My kids couldn't sleep either. I woke up exhausted. Shortly after waking up for the "breakfast" they had which was just cereal, I got trapped in the elevator with my two sons. Eventually they came and let me out after my son had a servere anxiety attack in the elevator. The staff person finally let us out he told us that he would get us bananas, but he never even did that. We lost time due to being trapped in the elevator, I called from the front desk to ask if we could check out at 1:30 because I was exhausted from not sleeping and being trapped in the elevator with a 7 year old having a panic attack and they told me it would be 50 dollars extra to check out at that point. The whole thing was a nightmare. I was so happy to get home and be able to sleep

Check in and out was seamless and staff was friendly, however my room bathroom...I had clean whole bathroom again, there still some else’s hair all over shower and bathroom floor, clearly the cleaning staff is not doing their job correctly,I check in at 8:PM so there was a lot time to clean bathroom in between guest, also hallway carpet smell weird at least on my floor,I think need to replace is or something.also only hand sanitizer that’s was working was bu the front desk...to many things that’s would not up to part, I will not return.

Clean, smelled good, friendly customer service. Area not bad.

The suite size room was beautiful. Spacious, clean, modern with beautiful view of water. Would definitely stay there again!!

One of the front desk ladies Ericka was so rude. She transferred me to another that spoke Spanish because I was talking Spanish with my husband. I told her I did not have any problem talking Min English with her. She transferred me anyway.

The rooms were very clean. The location was convenient to Penn station.

The blinds in the room did not close and I couldn't leave because I was with my children but I couldn't sleep due to the blinds not closing. My kids couldn't sleep either. I woke up exhausted. Shortly after waking up for the "breakfast" they had which was just cereal, I got trapped in the elevator with my two sons. Eventually they came and let me out after my son had a servere anxiety attack in the elevator. The staff person finally let us out he told us that he would get us bananas, but he never even did that.
