There were key card system problem. They really need at least a second waffle iron for the breakfast. Minor stuff really but they ask and I tell.

Great experience. Loved the shuttle services, we used it through out our whole trip. Staff was friendly and professional. Loved it!!

The property was horrible!! I understand hotels doing upgrades but this catastrophe was more than just upgrades...we were stuck there for 5 days... rarely was there towels by the pool, there was literally tiles falling off the walls, the 1 elevator looked n sounded like it was falling apart, the elevators took 10+ minute to come n there are only 6 flights we ended up taking the stairs most of the week n we were on floor 6, the plug ins did not work if we wanted to charge our phone we had to go out to the car, the TVs don't work we thought maybe it was the remote n called the front desk n the guy said no no the sensors are bad on the TVs, ...the toilets u had to flush 5xs to even get it to take toilet paper down. This ended up being a miserable trip n i will NEVER stay here again. Plus there site states they have a shuttle to all airports we confirmed days b4 we left n then they stated they did not so we ended up having to spend an additional $350 for a car rental otherwise an uber was $155 one way.

Rooms need more attention. Beds are flimsy. Towels are too small. Staff is great

Everything about our stay was as expected, no hidden surprises. We found an excellent Spanish restaurant a three minute walk away. Would stay here again.
