The hotel was nice and quiet, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom ventilation in our room wasn’t working, and on the second day our room wasn’t cleaned. The receptionist apologized sincerely for that. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were very kind, and after we checked out, they even allowed us to keep our car parked for a few hours.

Overall everything was good our Hot water was an issue but we made one call and it was fixed. The lady who checked us in was quick. The front desk gentleman last night was very nice. The manager when it was time to check out was nice as well. I really don't have much to say but it was a short sweet stay. I will be returning.

The AC in the room wasn't working properly and I had a very very uncomfortable nights sleep before I was to fly long haul and straight to work. I spent the night in a cycle of resetting the controls, trying to sleep expecting it to work (as one should), only for it to stop again. When I reported this to the night staff i was berated for not reporting it early (I'm sorry i had not expected it to be stop starting and my priority was rest. So his poor attitude letting me know all his challenges (e.g. work) outweighed the customer experience I should expect and paid for would have been funny if I was not so exhausted. The used towels were refolded, the bathroom shower was not cleaned, the bed sheets were not replaced after a dining spill, and complimentary water was not restocked. On the first day i left the hotel late so missed a 'room clean/tidy' but I would have expected housekeeping from a hotel in the Marriott range, to try and clean when i was out. All in all very underwhelming and utterly disappointing overall. I should have stayed in Manhattan.
