Staff was ver friendly and accommodating. They had a few computer problems but I would recommend and choose this place again.

Great, quick check in, free parking lots of space, clean, nice smart tv’s only little issue not a lot of pressure in the shower but other then that over all great.

Upon check in I asked for a room with a terrace and was told i needed to pay an additional fee. Fine , paid as we are in Covid and I wanted the terrace to open, however I was put in a room that had the flood light shining directly into the room. I alos expereinced stains on the furniture which led me to worry about how clean and sterilized the room truly was . Good thing I had my own cleaning products .

No air conditioner for a day and a half. After it was fixed I had to switch rooms to find one that was cool. My first room was dirty and the TV didn’t work. At the desk they took my info and promised that a manager would get back to me. They haven’t contacted me thus far. I’m over it but I am highly disappointed considering the level of Marriott hotel this is supposed to be.

Liked the entrance, lobby and bar. The spa tub in the room was amazing!!!

I have no compains. The hotel is excellent! It was beautifllu designed and maintained. Super clean! Would reccomend for anybody staying in the area.

My boyfriend and myself frequent this hotel every couple of months here as a little "getaway" night to feel as though we are on a vacation since our jobs don't allow us to take time off the way we'd like to. This is the PERFECT hotel and it's amazing in every way! We continue to come back because the rooms are clean and perfect, the staff is so friendly and the food from room service is to die for! We love every aspect of this facility and frequent as often as we can!

we enyoyed it very much, we watched the fourth of July fireworks from our balcony it was very nice and also very close to our relatives and very close to the fleamarket , and the bus to new york city it is a very nice and plesant hotel thankyou very much , we will stay there next time

I would say you would get more other place if you pay same.

I stayed here two night, everything was perfect. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice.

the hotel was clean, comfortable,..wish they had better internet access...it was uncomfortable to have to sit at desk to connect. also they did not deliver newspapers to room which would be beneficial. i think for the price and i have stayed here before i would expect a little more personal service and ammenities. The ice machine was not working for one on my floor and even though i had asked for a high floor they wanted to stick me on the second floor. Those are the things business travelers remember.

I attended a conference about 2 miles away and wish I would have stayed there. The hotel is close to things but ONLY with a car. Average cost of taxi even as close to two miles away in 15-20 bucks. The staff was nice but safe was not working and that was an issue. Also, one side of the hotel looks over a cemetery while the other looks over Manhatten. club level was nice, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A MARRIOTT REWADS CARD, BEFORE YOU CHECK IN, this will upgrade you to top floors with access to club lounge. overall the eperience was average.

Great location. 20 minutes from Manhattan and great view of the NYC skyline. Very comfortable surroundings and very friendly staff.
