The truth.
Initially did not get the room I booked. Rooms are out dated. Rooms have a bad smell. They only have one washer and dryer. I had to wait over 10 minutes on Friday night for a front desk agent to get change for washer and dryer. Hotel is too close to highway and I heard the cars driving by.

Sewer gas smell when you walk by the hotel's laundry room next to the elevator, stong Marijuana smell in hallways on second floor, room was very aged with peeling paint, stained carpet, and was not nery clean, and we found a syringe in the room when we were packing to check out

From lobby to elevator to hallway to room, everything was old and outdated, furniture were damaged a d need replacement. The 2 beds were "not queen sized" , they were actually double.

The room was outdated and not as clean as I would have hoped. My request for house keeper service was not followed through but the manager was apologetic and provided me with a discount. Unfortunately my room was never clean despite the helpful staff.

The bathroom was full of hair. Hair on the bathroom floor, tub, bed sheets, pillow cases and comforter. The trash can outside the hotel was full of trash to the brim with trash falling over onto the ground. That made the hotel look unkept while walking in. The front staff experience was the best part!
