Hotel was OK for short stays where you need access to Jersey City and Meadowlands areas.

I would never stay here again. Room was dirty and beds were very uncomfortable.

EveryThing was great it was clean comfortable and affordable

Great staff and convenient to NYC. The shuttle to the train station was always quick and the breakfast was very nice

Staff very good, check in check out smooth, Restaurant Very good.

Family vacations to NY. Stayed here for three days, staff member very nice. Free parking, internet, shuttle, and breakfast can not complained. Location very good to move around. Overall very pleasing. Will use this hotel again.

Very comfortable however confirmed king on reservation and they gave me double beds citing they did not have any available which was a misrepresentation

Good hotel, attached Resturant very good, staff friendly and nice. Make sure when checking in all adults must have Id with them.

Nice staff and cleaning of premises. Thank god parking is free

We had a great time. the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This is a great location for doing business in the Northern NJ and NYC.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on how to get in and out of New York City. The shuttle the hotel provided was excellent and a real bonus.

Booked last minute and was extremely pleased with my stay. Clean room, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

The hotel looks old and thus things do not look very clean. The shuttle service is limited, making it very hard to get to the train station, which is the major reason for us to stay in this hotel. Very frustrating!

Nice hotel close to MetLife stadium and NYC. Free shuttle service was awesome plus free buffet breakfast was a plus too.

this hotel location is awesome if you are traveling to Manhattan. it just takes about 15 min to 20 min,

I got a very good rate at this hotel (about $88/night), thanks in part to my promo code. That rate included free breakfast and free wi-fi. There was a minifridge and a microwave in my room, which helped me save even more money. I saw a pretty decent comedy show in the hotel sports restaurant one evening. It's probably been a while since the hotel was redecorated, and the bed was not the greatest, but I would stay here again.

I travel globally for work however this stay was a transition from one home to anotherin NJ, I would rate this place a 2 star. I know the area and selected this hotel on price and proximity to work. I though it was a true Plaza however it's not. The area is very safe, great gym, Retro Fitness across the street. Close to very good sandwich shops across the street. Food in Hotel is not good. My room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. It's an older hotel. If you can get it for 80 or less book it anything else, try somewhere else. I would stay here again only in a pinch...

This hotel is old and very overpriced. I used Orbitz to book for a suite with a jacuzzi, only to get there and be told that I couldn't even get a room ith a king sized bed, but rather double beds and a smoking room with dirty carpets and no refrigerator.

[...] This hotel was rated [...] to be a three star hotel or better, it is not even close. One reason we chose the meadowlands was not to stay in new york where it would cost to much. We would use the free shuttle service of the hotel to get us to our bus stops and pick us up from our bus stops when we would leave New York. The hotel considers their free shuttle as they advertise to be used when they deem fit not when you need it. I was told when I booked the hotel that the shuttle would pick us up from port authority bus stop in New York. When we arrived I called the hotel and asked to be picked up. The hotel responed by saying that they do not pick up in new york, which is only twenty minutes from the hotel. Lie #1. So we spent 25 dollars on a cab ride to the hotel first day hadn't even checked in yet. Checked in to hotel and beds were hard as a rock, no joke, and they have installed new extreme fast flush toliets but did not put an air vent in the pipe line. So when you flushed the toilet the pipes started huming and howling like an air siren, we video taped the exerpience and showed it to the desk clerk and they thought it was funny. Not funny at 3:00 a.m.. Next day we wanted to use the shuttle after getting back from New York and they stated that the shuttle is once again out of service because they put the van in for maintenance, so shuttle service was suspended. When you call this hotel for information once you are checked in they make you feel like you are inconvienancing them, they are short on the phone, and not curtious. This is a basic hotel, sleep, eat, and leave, not worth our visit. I was expecting the hyatt quality but this hotel failed.
