The customer service was nice but sadly the stay was not. There was no hot water in the shower, there were no coffee cups only lids, there was also hair on the sheets, wall, sink and shower. Unfortunately we will not be using this hotel again.

If you’re looking to travel back and forth to New York, this hotel is perfect. The bus stop is right outside Lorraine is an excellent receptionist! Very warm and friendly staff.

The hotel was excellent, and the included parking was a great bonus. Its location is very convenient for traveling to Manhattan, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby in Union City. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast since it’s offered through Starbucks, so I can’t comment on that.
