I paid for upgraded bedding and snacks, and none of those were provided, when we had to go to front desk to request them an attitude was displayed, additionally the tv never worked, when we requested to have someone look at it we were just offered to change rooms since there was no technician, poor experience in general.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The first room we were given had a bathroom that was clearly not cleaned — there was hair everywhere, which was unacceptable. We requested a new room, but the second room had no towels. When we called to request towels, it took hours for them to be brought up. On top of that, the room had a very unpleasant odor, a mix of mildew and a strong body odor, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Bugs in the bathroom. Beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. Tv continued to buffer and freeze. Just not a good place to stay if your looking to get some rest before traveling for several hours.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Despite 5 roaches we saw in the room in our 1 night stay it was very clean. Had hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, clean towels, iron with board, safe, decent size flat screen with tv channels for free, phone, ice machine container. Heat and AC. But no mini fridge. Plenty of parking. There is a smoke shop, liquor store, Wendy's, subway and Dunkin across the street.Thanks for having us red roof inn
