Real quiet, room was very clean, comfortable. Was not missing a thing. Best room by far around this area for the price

Positive: Hotel personel Negative: very poor breakfest tough it is an intercontinental hotel Lack of airy ambient inside the rooms due to fixed windows Unsufficient tv channels interms of international aspect Unavailability of slipper in rooms

Had a great stay and would love to visit again. Very close to hotels. Nice breakfast

Room and linens are nice & clean. Beds comfortable, pillows plush.

StAff was wonderful. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room clean. Great location for food and to MetLife stadium.

Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Great location to get into the city, bus stop right across the street, for a 15 minute ride into Manhattan. Only complaints hotel is not visiable from the street and for some reason does not come up in GPS, had issues with UBER the entire trip.

Hotel is nice and clean and easy to get to from NYC. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. Hotel is a little older, but has everything you could really ever need. Its really close to a lot of places to eat and things to do.

I was staying in this a few times when traveled to NYC. Always it was very clean, but this time room wasn't clean as usually. Had some dust on walls, looks like it came from air conditioner. Also walls need to be cleaned or repainted. Staff is nice and friendly.

we got closed out of the original hotel we wanted to stay in and choose to stay here instead. we were pleasantly surprised. it was a great location for attending the expo center and the staff was very helpful. we would stay here again.

Very convenient if you are traveling with your own car to NYC, the parking is for free, and the bus stop to go to the Port Authority at NYC is very close to the Hotel. You can take the bus and get down at the Port Authority and from there you can go anywhere using the subway, NYC buses or walk. This is a good way to avoid the expensive hotels at NYC.

Internet very fast and easy access , room is big , very important free parking in fact , it's very close manhattan. the breakfast is just so so.

About what I expected. Wasn't anything amazing, but for how close it is to NYC, fairly inexpensive and worth the money.

Good breakfast, clean room and good price. Walking distance to Restaurant and shopping. Very convenience location.

This hotel is in a great location. There are several restaurants in the area within walking distance. There is shopping across the street and a Walmart within walking distance. To get to NYC there is a bus stop across the street. You can purchase a round trip ticket into the city for $7.50. The trip was a 15-20 min trip that drops you in the Port Authority near Times Square. The hotel had breakfast that started at 6am each morning. The only complaint is that the wifi is very sketchy. While my phone connected, the iPad did not. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed at this hotel to visit NY. There is a bus station to NY near the hotel, so we didn't bother the distance from NY. ( However, it took one hour from here to Times square when it is morning or late afternoon.) Our room was close to the parking, but it was so quiet. They served hot meals like sausage, potatoes, or meat pate at breakfast.

The hotel staffs are top notch...rival any 5 stars hotel...will definitely visit again if in the neighbourhood.

I was looking for something affordable for a last minute business trip and this was perfect. I couldn't ask for a more convenient location to the job site. The staff was very friendly and the hot/cold breakfast was great. Also, there are many restaurants within a block.

This was a little hard to find, but a safe neighborhood for a middle-aged woman. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really quite adequate. It was convenient to NYC. Price was reasonable for the area. There's a little mall across the street that offers an extensive choice of amenities.

This was a great hotel. I had a very nice room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was able to use the free Wi-Fi to do some work. The parking was free. The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of places within walking distance to get dinner. I was travelling alone and felt safe and secure. I didn't use it but the bus stop to the city was within walking distance. All in all, I was very happy and will use this hotel again.

The staff was over-the-top nice and made sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. We stayed in NJ and commuted to NY each day. The bus stop was across the street, a Wal-mart was just down the road and restaurants were all in walking distance. It was perfect! An inside pool would have made it perfect. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay there again if we go to NY.

Thank-you for your review on Orbitz! I apologize that the cleanliness standards that you should indeed expect were not met during this last stay. We very much appreciate your business!
