We were very unhappy to find out when we arrived that the pool is not open. It should've been written on Orbitz. We reserved this hotels for this reason and its very upsetting!

Very convenient location; however, the breakfast ends too early and there’s not much to get.
I chose this place only cause they had a pool the room had mold in the cabinet bed was dirty the room has 2 settings either hot or cold and the windows didn't even open

The property was kept clean. Great service from staff, always accommodating. Beds are on the small side for being double beds.

Room smelt horrible. The pool indoor pool water wasn't warm enough and the chlorine was so strong as soon as you walk in your eyes start to burn before you even go in the water. You can smell the chlorine throughout the entire first floor. Breakfast was horrible only muffins and granola bars and coffee. Nothing to drink for kids. Waste of money!!
Nice place , nearby restaurants and stores but bit far from liberty state park... overall worth it for as long the price c ould be bit lower would help
very convenient location, express bus to city right outside hotel. Not really a breakfast though, only granola bars and packaged muffins. Disappointed in bfast.

This was my worst experience ever and. No Staff to support. Midnight room was stinky and informed to front desk they said no room available and if you want cancel reservation. It was looks like laundry room and detergent fragrance was in room. Bed was not comfortable. Matters were spring board and not comfortable at all. Towel - even there was no house keeping and needs to get your towels replace by own. 3 days it was not a good experience. Even staff was not interested to listen. They said this is only room available else look for another place. Midnight with 3 kids it was not easy to go out and search for room. I expect to get my money back.
