Honestly great hotel and staff, literally minutes from American Dream Mall. Only bad thing to say is the pool. Literally a little bit bigger than a hot tub. No one monitors it so at one point there were 30 people in a pool big enough for maybe 10 kids. So great hotel and staff but the tiniest pool ive ever seen.

The hotel is clean, has friendly staff, and offers a decent breakfast. It’s conveniently located near the American Dream Mall, and it even has a washer and dryer. However, the staff is often understaffed and not very responsive to requests made through the app. For example, when I asked to clean my room, it never came until the next day. Towels weren’t delivered but we later found out it’s because there was no on site staff to bring them upstairs. The pool is a bit small, but it’s still good enough for kids. The bar is closed most of the time.

Our bathroom was neglected. We found feces in the toilet and the 2 toilet paper rolls were literally less than 1/2 complete. Putting them together wouldn’t have equaled an entire roll. We had to call the main desk to ask for more paper. Upon checking out, I told the 2 gentleman employees behind the check out desk about our bathroom issue. They said sorry but truthfully, didn’t really seem to care much. Overall, I was disappointed by our experience this time around. Won’t be returning.
