I am absolutely impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. Everything from the pool to the gym and breakfast area was spotless. I was worried about the smell of dog since it is a pet friendly hotel. They proved me wrong. We decided this will be our place to stay even when we are enjoying weekends in nyc. It’s so close to the city. Great option for those of you looking for a nice place to stay with family.

The included breakfast was good and the staff, especially the breakfast staff, was very helpful and pleasant. the location is a little difficult to access even though it is conveniently located. The food kiosk is comprehensive and reasonably priced.

Room was neat and tidy and front desk was fairly helpful.
Paid for amenities that were not able to be used (pool was closed), was promised a late check out and was then denied...very unhappy and wish to pursue a partial refund
We have stayed a few places in the area over the years but decided to try this hotel this year- we come one a year to go to a game at MetLife Stadium and then head into Manhattan. The hotel location is very convenient and their shuttle service is superb (they were there immediately to take us to the bus station as well as pick us up- they will shuttle within three miles of the hotel). They cannot drop off directly at MetLife but can bring you to train station or you can use an area shuttle that is able to bring you to the Stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was SO clean and spacious! I couldn’t believe the value for the price we paid! We will be staying here from now on for our annual trip. My only complaint is that the shower was Luke warm. Everything else was great.

This is probably the first hotel that I had a positive interaction with every staff member I came into contact with - literally everybody. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is somewhat limited, but there’s a Panera right out the back door if I needed something additional. Very pleasant hotel. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
