Stayed here when vacationing. Had issue with fire alarm in room, which was immediately fixed. Clean rooms, a bit dated decor (but not a deal-breaker). Clean, great beds. Best "free" breakfast at any hotel we've ever stayed at. Will go again and would recommend.

I booked two rooms for only two nights and they were severely overpriced. It was not worth it. It was definitely price gouging just bc an event was going on. The rooms were clean but dated and not as advertised (pictures showed modern, updated rooms). Tvs were old with just basic cable and no way to use apps to stream. The bathtub was clogged. The bed was okay but it was not plush or the most comfortable.The best things about this property were that the breakfast was really good and its convenient location around all of the stores/restaurants and Met Life Stadium/American Dream mall. The pool was tiny and it did not look as advertised (they definitely expanded the picture to make it look big.The staff were nice. Overall, it was a waste of my money and I definitely will not be staying there again.

Overall rooms were great. Only downside was when checked in was told the 2 rooms booked were adjoining rooms for access to one another. That turned out not to be. Requested a change, but was told none were available for our stay.
