There were moments the front staff were not present and also not the most helpful during the night time.
As a Hilton Gold member travelling on business would have expected more. I was placed on the 3rd floor, smelled like marijuana all day and night, can hear the toilet flushing from both adjacent rooms, noisy hallways in the evenings, especially on weekends and no place to sit and work outside of the noisy bar and restaurant. Terrible lobby ambiance, bright lighting. No microwave in room. Long lines waiting for elevator due to continuous parade of large groups coming in off buses.
We were locked out of the room for almost an hour on the fourth floor. I went to the front desk 3 times, they finally sent and engineer who finally discovered that the batteries for door key needed to be replaced in order to get access. We lost a very important business meeting due to this issue delayed. We need our full $150.00 refund, we paid for this room. Thanks
Property was okay but not up to par for a Hilton in my eyes and experience in Hilton hotels.
Everything was great very clean and decorated nicely. The only thing I disliked was that they put a Extended hold on my Card. I was not aware they did such a long hold for a deposit and it was not mentioned on the website that a deposit had to be made.
The smoke alarms went off 5 times to midnight and they did nothing about a reimbursement despite being a major disturbance and me being a professional on the road who needs uninterrupted sleep
This hotel is very noisy. You can hear those above you, below you and on both sides. And every word that is said in the hallway, you hear in your room. Only two out of four elevators were working and if you try to social distance you can wait 15-20 mins for an elevator. Arrived at the restaurant for breakfast with five minutes to spare and was served breakfast in a brown bag and plastic boxes - even though it was before they closed and others were eating on plates. When asked for a plate they said they had to clean up so I couldn’t have one. Garbage service!
Remodeling in progress, but still a great place. The dining restaurant and bar is being redone + the rooms.
Problem with getting into room because door lock was broken. Staff did come up to help when we checked in, but when going in and out of room there was a problem. I requested a discount for problem but was told because I used Orbitz I could not be compensated for my trouble. They knew there was a problem with the door, so why would they assign the room to guests?!?!
Cleanness and good helpful staff. Our stay was comfortable and we will definately use this spot again.
