The property was not clean. It was dark. We actually didn't even stay the night. We took the loss and checked out and headed home.

The hotel is outdated. Exterior is amazing, interior however needs an update. Shower did not work properly, rug look like it belonged in a 48hr episode and ironing board was broken. The staff however were friendly and pleasant. I would not stay there again for that price.

The hotel is outdated dark and dreary. The outdoor pool furniture was disgusting, old, and falling apart. The pool was dirty, felt gross. The indoor was better, but cushioned wet furniture is not it. The shower drain was clogged in our room and there were stains on the couch and carpet. The bed was ok. The AC was loud and room was hot and cold. I would not stay here again. Staff was very nice. The entrance doors also need updating and cleaning. Fingerprints and bugs all over.

We really loved our stay at this hotel, I love that this hotel looks like a castle it made for a very romantic and relaxing night! Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice property I stayed at with my family for 5 nights. Good large sized room but facility is definitely showing its age with worn carpets and A/C that was rattling and bathroom with missing drain plug and old shower head. The service and hotel staff were great and very responsive

Need a makeover

I didn’t like the room number given “666” and the room looks dated for the nightly price. The ground floor stairway had huge amounts of dog hair. The bed was horrible (too soft & lumpy) my husband & I both woke up with our entire bodies aching.
