Staff was pleasant and the place was clean. Price and description was point on. The beds are very comfortable
The lobby was beautiful but the room it self wasn't great. The heat would come on then it would get to warm causing the air conditioner to try to turn on but it was broken so the whole night i had to listen to it make some god awful noise. The pool has way to much chlorine and the housing staff tends to just look at you when you ask for something. I would never go back, in fact I'm emailing for some money back, it was the worst night sleep

The heater’s cover was on the floor and wouldn’t stay on. The towels in the barthroom had hair, so I had to look to ensure they were clean.
The hotel was Uber clean with an extremely friendly staff. Located a little off the beaten path however, close enough to many eateries, local pharmacies and of course New York City .
I generally stay at Courtyard due to knowing what you are going to get. I've likely stayed at 100's of locations and by far this was the worst facility I've ever stayed at. First night room was just "beat up". For example bathroom door handle fell off when grabbed, TV was broke (they did replace), etc... On second night I asked to move rooms thinking it might just be that one room. 2nd room was no better, the shower had hole in bottom that had a glue / adhesive to fix it. The room just did not seam "clean".
Paid via Orbitz. Gave cc for incidentals upon arrival. None used but $83 and change fraud charge day after we left. Still in town so went back to lobby and had a chat. Room and lobby was fine.
I booked 2 rooms, 5 people per room. When my guess & I arrived, there were 2 queen beds in wach room. I spoke to the person at the desk about a roll away desk, and they gave me a hard time saying it's a fire hazard & blamed Expedia instead of resolving the problem. When I went to the desk later the front desk person was rude telling me they can't give me roll away beds. On top of they called my room saying we were to loud & if we don't stop they will have to rake it further, meanwhile guess next door were wrestling until 6am. I will never go back to this hotel. I asked for a clean pillow & they said they didn't have any. How is this a hotel and you don't have extra clean pillows?

We were looking for a hotel for a quick overnight stay, and after looking online, found this gem. From the moment we walked in the door, the front desk staff was as friendly as could be. We were checked in and at our room in less than five minutes. The lobby was very modern, and the rooms were stylish too. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom needed to be updated to go with the rest of the hotel. The bathroom was clean. It just needed an update. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were traveling through the area.
