The hotel is very unique once inside the greenery inside the hotel is beautiful and the paths you can walk around inside the hotel. The rooms need updating to say the least. Other than that the experience was pleasant I would come back with my kids.

Great breakfast.

We stay here frequently when visiting family. We definitely enjoy the happy hour and the great breakfast. A new addition is the contactless checkin, using your phone as your room key. We still had to stop at the desk for the drink tickets. Perhaps they could just put them in the room, but as they weren’t busy it was no problem. One issue is that the coffee/tea maker was not working right.

First off be fully aware they will charge you $15 PER DAY to park in their GIANT parking lot that NO ONE parks in. SPACES GALORE TO BE HAD. What do they do? They sold it to some parking company (THEIR OWN LOT) and now this company charges you $15 per day. WHAT A CROCK. It really STINGS when you see that massive lot with pot holes and no one around.

I booked a 2-day stay through Expedia at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany, and it was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and was dirty with cigarette ash. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and to make things worse, the customer service was terrible—unhelpful and dismissive. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first night our room had the carpet coming undone where the carpet/tile meet and my son and husband both stepped on the nail sticking straight up. The restroom was not that clean. They let us switch rooms the next day but they continued to rent that room out the next night. Breakfast was mediocre and it was the same every morning of our 5 days. Happy hour had the same chips and salsa every night too. Other Embassy Suites we have stayed at had a variety every day. They did clean our room most days. Had to ask for tissue, toilet paper and soap but service was quick.

Typically Embassy Suites are a go-to for us when traveling so this is why we booked this property in Parsippany. It seems older, not in a bad way, just an older property. I would rate it as fine. The beds were full, not queen, which made it difficult to sleep two in a bed. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness made up for any shortcomings of the dated feel of the property.

We really enjoyed our stay but, we found out that the pool and the jacuzzi areas were out of order. I don't feel like we got our full money's worth.

I stayed for two days, the cleaning people were never helpful. The pool was not available and they gave us a voucher for a free drink and the restaurant was not available either. They charged for parking which the app doesn't tell you and it's been more than 48 hours and they haven't put my deposit of 200 in my account. Apart from the fact that they were fixing something in the restaurant and it was 11 at night and they were working with drills. couldn't sleep.
