This property was not like I expected on the website. The halls were unkept and reeked of a garbage smell. There were only rooms on the bottom floor which there was a lot of traffic. The peephole to my door was broken. I left a few hours later and didn’t stay the entire night.

Paid parking was a surprise

Paying for parking was the downfall of this property 15$ per night and a nine dollar service fee to pay. When you ask questions at the front desk ,they tell you it's a third party and they have no control over the fees.

First showing up, we discovered we had to pay a separate company for parking. I have NEVER had to pay for parking at a hotel before. The pictures online said there was a hot tub at this hotel, no hot tub. No clean towels by the pool. Pool is only open until 7:30. At most hotels the pools close at 9 pm. The room was filthy! Old earbuds and toys under the couch, the bathroom smelled like mold, the glasses in the cabinets had lipstick marks on them, just gross! Went to the bar/restaurant to pick up something for my kids for dinner, they only had 2 food options available, wings and hot dogs (which were not even on the menu). No pizzas, no fries, no salads, no sandwiches. All night we were kept up by the washing machines across the hall, it was so loud. At 10 am maid service came BANGING on our door telling us we had to go, but our check out time was 12 pm. We went to have a bite to eat at the Continental breakfast at 9 pm, cereals were all gone, no coffee (except decaf), the eggs were cold, waffles were rock hard, my daughter (who eats yogurt every morning) tried the yogurt and spit it up because it was beyond sour! The only bright spot was the woman working the desk at check out, she was so kind to me and my kids. I will not only recommend this location, but I will do everything to avoid staying at Hyatts in the future, the Nicole and diming over everything and not providing anything it just gross, especially for a family of 4, on a budget.

Perhaps everyone had been giving the manager a hard time checking in on a holiday. That’s not an excuse for how extremely rude the staff was. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. I did not feel comfortable at all but everything else was sold out for the holiday.

Surrounding is pretty good...nice green path,park with rabbits, squirrels and we even a saw a deer family... Breakfast is enjoyable, although is the same everyday... Cleanliness is not really a good one. We didn't get shower gel for a week...the corridors and elevators are not hoovered.

The room was nice and clean. The only part I would complain about is parking because you shouldn’t have to pay for parking if your staying at the hotel it’s already money going towards staying there
