Overall stay was great. Check in time was at 4:00 p.m. We arrived at 3:50 p.m. Front desk kept telling us different stories as to why our room wasnt ready. It wasn't until almost 4:50 p.m. that we got our room. Eventually they comp'd our parking for the weekend.

My stay @ Double Tree Hilton was just okay. My family and I booked a 2 Queen Bed Suite w/ a City View. After traveling 2+ hours to this location, we were excited to relax in our room. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were given a 1 Queen w/ sofa bed. When I called the front desk, I was told the hotel oversold and this is what they had available. It would’ve been nice to know this in advance. It would’ve been nice to be refunded the difference in the two rooms! Instead I was given a parking pass and comp breakfast, that we didn’t partake in. Aside from that, the hotel was okay. Definitely not at the top of my Hilton list. However, the location is great and so are the city views.

There were no comforters in the room and they couldn't provide any because the person with the "key" left, no free water in the room either. Lobby and room were both very dirty. The reception staff was nice but the breakfast staff was rude and awful. Breakfast was terrible. I'm glad we were there for one night. $32 for parking that wasn't clear on the listing. The overall crowd/vibe around the area looked unsafe. We wouldn't be staying here again!
