This trip was for a friend for his birthday, we booked a two bed suite and paid a obscene amount of money for because it was a Saturday night. Upon check in, the room we booked was not the room that we were given. they gave us a one bed suite when we paid extra for a two bed suite. then went down to the front desk so they could correct their mistake, the front desk said they were "sold out" of that room type. after arguing they issue, they gave it to us which should of been what was supposed to happen and also said they would send up a cot for our 5th friend as well, they told us please wait in the room for the cot. over an hour goes by and we call down about the status of the cot and they said "sorry its a fire hazard we cant send it and then hung up." we then had to go back down stairs to ask why they said they would do it for us and now its not happening and they gave us the "run around" again. Here's some simple advice for anyone looking to stay here; Just don't! the staff is rude and unwilling to help, the manager is just as useless and the whole place is rundown and old.

Good room and was very clean. Great location to the boardwalk. The main bathroom was small. Would prefer they eliminate the walk in closet to provide a bigger bathroom

Toilets are the same ones I used in grade school they were small like the toilets in grammar school. Tub was small, water coming from tub and sink was brown with sand, they were the only two things that upset me my whole stay...

Stayed over after an event, no real issues. GPS brings you down the wrong street. Valet parking was a bit of a cluster.

Very good. I like the room which is so big and the location. Staff is nice and helpfull. Plan to be there again in the future.

Check in was supposed to be 4:00, two of three rooms we waited until 4:45 and was still not ready. We asked again and was given different section. The third room we waited 2 hours to get. One of the rooms in the rendezvous tower smelled like weed all night. Called front desk (although nothing can be done, as it was coming in through the vent). The monsters upstairs were racing in their room. Running back and forth, but lasted only until 11 pm. I generally don’t complain, but this time, this hotel was a disappointment. I’m sure all our clothing smells like weed.

Old and tired looking not enough value to stay unless gambling heavy

Overall a very good stay, stayed 4 nights over the holidays. The whole place while common areas are a little dated is still very elegant and looks great. The rooms were renovated and in very nice shape, though the bathroom was slightly awkward with the pedestal sink and no where to really put your things. The room noise was low but probably because the hotel is fairly quiet, that said I could hear neighbors fairly easily, but not to any bother for even a light sleeper like myself. The casino is big enough to enjoy everything and small enough to not get lost like some others. Restaurants we tried were very good or better with several options. All in all won't hesitate to come back.

Great more for regular off street people. Accommodations were great! Could do without the crying babies left in a hallway so the parents can party it up in the rooms.

Comfortable and convenient. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is small, didn't try.

Perfect room for three girls to freshen up and get ready for an evening of fun. Loved everything else about this hotel and the staff. Comfy, spacious and centrally located!

I loved my stay everything was nice a little expensive but it was worth it I'll definitely do it again

Every staff member we ran into was extremely hospitable. Great atmosphere. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Definitely would recommend ocean view.

appreciated room upgrade/room spacious clean through resorts all bathrooms clean very much enjoyed choices of places to eat pool and whirlpool need maintenance and refreshing room 5101 Rendezvous Tower dressing table & double sinks in bathroom very nice would really like bathtub

The room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We love staying at Resorts more than the other hotels because its something safe and cozy about it.

Had a rough check in with key cards not working resulting in not being able to enter the room. 1 pool down for repair. Overall experience was good.

Room only had a view of Taj Mahal's parking deck. 2 days it was not cleaned by staff.

Very smoky and musty smell throughout the entire hotel. Restaurants were good and slots paid well!

Hotel has horrible smell why is that the reviews I read before we were there were right side view of construction everything was right even hotel staff rude loud noise in the morning thin walls hear other people in there rooms I want to say parking lady her name was Shannon was very very rude when I was explaining about parking she was raising her voice to me this was on 7/6/2017 about 12:30 or so very unprofessional we go to Vegas every year I thought we would start going to Atlantic city every year you only get one shot for your first impression this was not good would not recommend if somebody asked about it.
