The room was nice and clean. But the walls are too thin, I could hear conversations from both rooms next door. They apparently also had the wrong telephone in my room. I also did not like that I had reserved a room with a king size bed smoke free but was given the option of a smoking king size room or a smoke free two queens size room. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. Its also further from all the other casinos.
They Would not let my friends who did not have ID to watch me play or be on the casino floor . Since we bought a room as a group and it was late at night they had to wait in there' nearly the whole time . If your gambling they are watching you and stay watching you..i also think they flag groups for surviellance so be warned. Security would be sent to wherever my friends would wander on the floor but overall still a pretty good first time experience cause who doesn't love a clean gamble
Enjoyed our stay for the night at Resorts. Did not like the casino. The smoking was a bad smell through out the area. Needed Lots of money to play machines. Foxwoods in Connecticut I enjoyed better.
I enjoyed my stay, the staff was nice and the restaurants in the hotel was also nice but was not happy on the location of the pool, I stayed in the rendezvous tower and had to go down to the casino floor and across to the ocean tower to get to the pool it was a long freezing walk back to my room passing the front revolving doors.
Just terrible will not go back didnt enjoy it. .............
Had a great time at a bar at the Tropicana. However checkin at resorts is at 5 PM on Sunday! That was bad. Said they'd call when my room was ready. No call. I was told by a lady at the front desk room service was open till 1 AM. They closed at 11 PM! Things must be bad in AC when you can't check into a room until 5 and room service is closed at 11.
Mediocre - room was spacious. But hotel felt rundown, and lobby was very smoky like the casino.
Easy to access, Parking free, staff very kind. Also it's good to take a walk in Boardwalk. But in the room there lacks of dressing table, so inconvenience occurred.
Enjoyed my stay and the food at Margaretville was excellent.
Friendly and fun beautiful room and very convenient to everything around it
Stay at the Resorts because of it's location to the Boardwalk. Got there at 9:00 PM and all the Restaurants were closing, had to settle for Fast Food. The Hotel is just outdated, everything was just OK. After traveling around town there are much better choices then the Resorts.
Nice room and hotel. Would recommend to families.
It was a girls night and a 50th birthday celebration , we had a great day of shopping and then back to the room for drinks before dinner at Gallagher's Steak it was awesome.. then onto a show at the Borgata..
Was on business trip and hotel was clean and very friendly.
I've stayed here several times before. this is the first time I was disappointed. once the renovations are done I think it'll be great again. currently first 3 floors are being renovated so you will hear construction noise in your room if on 5th floor. the room was very run down, but guess that's why it's under construction. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean enough not to mind it.
No extra blankets in room, not a good heat/cool system. Room clean and comfortable. Tub is old and missing caulk and rusted soap holder.
Horrible nose bright and early. No sleeping in. Alot of construction so its hard to explore and also i had asked for connecting rooms and didnt get that. It was a bit annoying
Rooms were dated some had no numbers Way too many penny slots there wasn't a club or anything to do at night.
It was ok for the price. I had no view. We only had a shower no tub it was for only one night bit I like to soak in the tub
