Just terrible will not go back didnt enjoy it. .............
Had a great time at a bar at the Tropicana. However checkin at resorts is at 5 PM on Sunday! That was bad. Said they'd call when my room was ready. No call. I was told by a lady at the front desk room service was open till 1 AM. They closed at 11 PM! Things must be bad in AC when you can't check into a room until 5 and room service is closed at 11.
Mediocre - room was spacious. But hotel felt rundown, and lobby was very smoky like the casino.
Easy to access, Parking free, staff very kind. Also it's good to take a walk in Boardwalk. But in the room there lacks of dressing table, so inconvenience occurred.
Enjoyed my stay and the food at Margaretville was excellent.
Friendly and fun beautiful room and very convenient to everything around it
Stay at the Resorts because of it's location to the Boardwalk. Got there at 9:00 PM and all the Restaurants were closing, had to settle for Fast Food. The Hotel is just outdated, everything was just OK. After traveling around town there are much better choices then the Resorts.
Nice room and hotel. Would recommend to families.
It was a girls night and a 50th birthday celebration , we had a great day of shopping and then back to the room for drinks before dinner at Gallagher's Steak it was awesome.. then onto a show at the Borgata..
Was on business trip and hotel was clean and very friendly.
I've stayed here several times before. this is the first time I was disappointed. once the renovations are done I think it'll be great again. currently first 3 floors are being renovated so you will hear construction noise in your room if on 5th floor. the room was very run down, but guess that's why it's under construction. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean enough not to mind it.
No extra blankets in room, not a good heat/cool system. Room clean and comfortable. Tub is old and missing caulk and rusted soap holder.
Horrible nose bright and early. No sleeping in. Alot of construction so its hard to explore and also i had asked for connecting rooms and didnt get that. It was a bit annoying
Rooms were dated some had no numbers Way too many penny slots there wasn't a club or anything to do at night.
It was ok for the price. I had no view. We only had a shower no tub it was for only one night bit I like to soak in the tub
Bathroom needs remodeling, too outdated but room was spacious and bed was comfy. Need more restaurants open late night. Hotel is beautiful and staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have to drive much, hotel is right on the boardwalk and shopping outlets are walking distance. Would return to atlantic city.
Needs more casino space very small casino bored in casino easily not enough places to eat
Had a terrific few days at the Resorts Hotel and Casino. My aunt and I loved the slots and even came out a little ahead. They gave me a room in the Ocean Tower and it was nicely re-done, quiet and comfortable. Had a partial ocean view. No complaints. The entire resort was clean and well-staffed. A shout-out to the drink/cocktail waitresses on the casino floor ... always there offering drinks. I enjoyed the food court, as well.
This hotel was said to be a 3.5 star hotel and that had the expected cleanliness and spacious room. It had 2 bath and 2 store rooms which was good. However, there was no office table/chair and neither was a microwave, which I usually see even in 3 star hotels. That would have made the stay better. Also, even though we got smoke free room, once we step outside the room we could smell smoking very badly and been not used to it did create discomfort for my wife.
