When I first arrive they gave me the wrong room when I finally got into the room that I paid for the shower was broken and there were some cleaning imperfections I get it I worked in a hotel it’s very fast pace and sometimes it could be stressful but there is no explanation for a dirty bathroom
The room I had was great. Next time I will make sure I get a room on the upper level instead.
I can’t complain about anything except I wish the pool was open later but everything was amazing

Front desk was very nice and helpful. The only complaint,I have, was it was not clear that the breakfast buffet was $20/person. Most hotels serve complementary breakfast. Most breakfast restaurants charge $12 per plate max.
our confirmed reservation was given away. no further adjustments were made to me becauase i booked through Orbitz and not through hilton.com. it was literally the worst and most offensive front desk staff that i have ever experienced in 25 years of travel.
There were no garbage cans in the lobby, our room did not get cleaned. When we asked the housekeeping staff for clean towels, two of them argued with each other and said we were not allowed to have clean towels. disappointing experience.
Staff is rude and inflexible, I would never stay there again.

The hotel was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back. There’s a indoor and outdoor pool with a hot tub. Food options at the hotel itself are limited but there is a free area shuttle, and the Ruth Chris in the hotel was also incredible.
I could not get on the WiFi, no matter what. Was extremely frustrating since the entire purpose of the trip was to work on customer content for the following day. In this day and age, to have the sign in experience in the first place is clearly a sign of being 'behind the times' when it comes to customer expecations. Bathroom sink was also clogged.
