Lack of usable wi-fi is a dealbreaker. Screens need to be replaced, multiple dead bees in room, as well as cockroaches. Smoky smell in the suite suggests bad ventilation and people smoking in other ares of the building. Common areas, especially hallways and stairwell, smelled rancid. On landing path for adjacent airport, so small planes fly over at low altitude. Kitchens poorly stocked with needed items. We were so eager to leave this place.

Someone left a present in the toilet before my arrival which was never flushed. Dirt and grime everywhere. Smell was bad but tolerable. Bed was basically a cot on a metal skeleton.

Never place and very convenience, friendly and respectful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable; ,hallway’s carpet has a small and a lots of stains, needs a deep cleaning . Lovely place.

This should be a last resort. I don't recommend.

We needed a place for the night since our hot water heater broke. We requested a non-smoking room. The room we were in had cigarette burns on the counter tops and smelled like smoke. And the trash had not been emptied from the people who stayed there before us. The carpets (in the hall and in the room) were dirty and in need of vacuuming. The check-in staff was friendly, but there are other options for places to stay.

The kitchen area in the room was dirty. Stove top barely got hot the freezer worked but the fridge didn’t so all the food I cooked I had to throw out. Not to mention I had to go home and get my own pots and pans because they had none available. The whole purpose of renting the room was to have a night away and have a home cooked meal. Very disappointed I’ve rented with extended stay numerous times but this was very disappointing.

It was a good price & the front desk staff were very nice & helpful. The property itself seemed worn down & dirty (though my room was ok) & possibly housing a govt supported population. There was a dog barking in a room near by. First time at this chain where there no trash bin in the room & guests are asked to bag thier own trash & place it down the hall. Decided to check out after 2 nights.
