The bed was not very comfortable! However the staff at the front in for check in were terrific. We were able to e tend our check out because of the dance competition that was being held in the hotel.

Only one glitch in my stay, I was staying one night while volunteering at a fundraiser, the next morning I called the front desk and asked if my room was available that night as I would like to stay a second night. I was told yes you’re all set. After a full day at the fundraiser I went to the hotel and was greeted by an unseasoned manager URI, who was telling my son and I we had to get everything out of our room. They rebooked the room to someone else, mind you I never received any phone calls throughout the day from the hotel saying we had to leave, I presumed the morning call to the front desk clarified our stay a second night. I had to call Marriott reservation ask for a representative in America not the Phillipines and between America and Jennifer there was a resolution, I chose to go home I left my son and husband because we got moved to a king bed. I find it wrong to expect a mother and 17 year old son share a bed. URI needs to receive more training in handling the situation, yes I yelled at him but never used foul language. What mother wouldn’t be upset over the inconsiderate inexperienced manager saying I have a king bed I can move you to and not listening to how innapropriate it was for our situation, he hung up the phone on me. After standing and working 12 hours 2 days in a row, I didn’t want to hear the hotel screw up was now forcing my son and I to share a bed, It was a totally unacceptable and innapropriate situation to be placed into and I am a rewards member

This hotel is an excellent place to have a wedding. The banquet facility and the staff are excellent in providing outstanding service. The room was nice and clean. The bed and linen is also great with 6 pillows. There are 4 elevators so you barely have to wait long. Make sure to bring your own water bottles as they will charge $4 for a water bottle in your room.

Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped . Room service was speedy and delicious... The pub was awesome and parking was plentiful.

Excellent hotel. Nice modern decor that's sleek an quiet, but not obnoxious. It would be nice if the hotel gym/pool added a hot tub. Renovations in progress (January 2011) will help update the rooms.

Very nice hotel and staff. The only complaint I had is that it seemed the walls were too thin or the people across the hall were just way too loud, I'm not sure. The hotel staff handled that situation very well. I would stay there again. Although, if you have any allergies, like my husband, be aware of the feather pillow mattress on the bed.

The location on Rt. 10 is easily accessible to where we were attending a graduation party. We had a late check-in, everythig went smoothly. There was a table with choc.chip cookies and an urn with lemonade, which also contained thin slices of cucumber - delicious drink on a hot evening. The room was decorated in lovely colors, the beds soft, with extra puffy padding, so comfortable. The shower was forceful and hot! We heard no noise, and Sat. eve. late, there was a real crash-banger storm. And in the morning, the Wall St. Journal, and USA today was outside our door. Plenty of parking in their lot, as we stayed on a Sat. and Sun. night.
