Only complaint- they charge for parking. It is a suburban hotel - only way to get there or go anywhere from there is with a car smile parking… ridiculous to charge $15/ night for parking

Stayed for 2 nights as a little getaway from NYC and it was very lovely. Kitchen in the room, various free breakfast options in the morning, and the access to grills was a huge plus!

It is getting a bit rundown. Our deadbolt on the room wouldn’t work. I went to the desk and got maintenance. He rigged it and said he would put a ticket in to have the door fixed the next day but the next night was the same. Breakfast was good. Parking was expensive although they removed the charge for our troubles. Overall I think I will find a newer place for next time.

I liked staying at the Hyatt was convenient for the event we were attending. We did not like the $15.00 fee per day to park at the hotel.

Maintenance staff was helpful and friendly. Conditions were bad. First room sofa bed was broken. Second room was flooded and stunk due to the carpet being saturated. 3rd room was fine and upgrade to the others however there was as a party that was going on at 3am. My experience may be unique and I know maintenance staff did everything they could to accommodate us so I’m thankful for that. However I won’t stay here ever again. Also manager emailed me after and I voiced concerns and issues and It was never responded too. Overall disappointing.

Our first night we were displaced as they were overbooked. Since we had a third-party booking hotels.com has to be the ones to reimburse us for our 1st night. The hotwl itself could only do so much on their end.

This property charges a $15.00 per night parking fee.....IN PARSIPPANY NJ!! although it does show up on the Expedia site....you have to go to "more info about property", which many people probably don't. The desk clerk said it was a corporate wide policy just enacted. Look carefully at the info about the property and the confirmation. Charging customers to pay $15. per night parking when you are staying at their property is INSULTING!
