In my opinion, I was a little let down by my experience. This is supposed to be an upscale/better-than-most hotel in the region. The hotel looks nice. But in the hotel room, the TV wasnt working and neither was the phone. Maintenance was able to fix it, bit that was not a great first intro. Then the bartender made drinks like it was at a dive-bar - nothing special. And lastly, I was told by teh front desk staff we could have breakfast in bed the next day. Only to find out the next morning, they dont offer room service it is a self serve buffet. So I brought a bunch of the self serve food upstairs and it was bland eggs, a stale bagel, etc. Again, if this was a Holiday Inn or something in that ballpark I would get it. But this was supposed to be a step above and I dont thikn they deliverd.
