Building was nice staff was not rude but not friendly

Due to COVID-19, staying in a hotel is more of a desperate luxury than a vacation. The hotel currently has a "bag breakfast" with limited items (and apparently no butte for the muffins, which was odd.) But the hotel is lovely. It is at the train station if you need to travel to New York. There are plentiful food options nearby in Morristown but why would you when the hotel restaurant is the most famous steak house in the county? Dinner from Rod's - even eaten in a hotel room, because in-restaurant dining seems like a very stupid thing to do right now - is worth it!

The morning front desk person does not we her mask properly. It was very concerning.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in in recent memory. Well appointed, beautiful, nice, unexpected "extras". Would stay here again without question.

Staff was very good. Was only there overnight but would like to come back and experience more of the hotel.

Staff was pleasant, rooms are pretty nice. I was placed immediately below construction and heard a constant thud, but staff was very friendly and offered to find me a new room.

The clientele was a little snooty for my taste. Also, they are mid renovations and told me my room was a renovated one. Too bad they didn’t fix the shower...

Regal hotel....true jaw-dropper....highly recommend.

Very nice, cozy place that my family and I will return to time and again.

I was awakened with adrenaline every time train came through Morristown station without stopping. Repeated whistle blows going through intersection and clatter to the point the windows shook. Literally all night long. Add to that the fact that someone spoke loudly on the phone at my end of the hall for 30 minutes near the end window until I asked him to leave, but not the hotels fault. And a girl in the room next door was screaming for 10 minutes like she was being raped and I had called the front desk. Not sure how that resolved but she stopped. She was screaming at the top of her voice and saying F.U. over and over. And get off me! I sure hope everything was okay. Also not the hotels fault but I do hope they checked on the occupants. They would not offer money back for train problem. No sleep.

We arrived late in the evening and were registered quickly and smoothly. The hotel is elegant. The bed was a little softer than we would have liked. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety. Staff were courteous and professional. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool!

Found ants in the room and the staff made a lame excuse that the ants come along through the a/c cents if any sweets are left on the tables I do not believe in this but the hotel has a ant problem

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Hotel, Staff is always wonderful! Their are many wonderful extras that make you feel like royalty! We especially loved eating fresh cookies by the fire and of course the beautiful pool! Amazing hotel!
