I did not like the attitude of the front desk staff. The FD staff is unfriendly toward guests, and they act in manner of superiority and giving commands, rather than providing friendly service. The FD staff was not attentive to basic requests, such 1-hour later check-out or storing a luggage for a couple of hours.

The Property is on the Highway, which makes it noisy, especially at night. Front Desk staff are unfriendly toward guests, and they have an attitude of power and authority over guests, rather than providing them service! They are not attentive to customers' simple requests, which does not make you feel comfortable or welcome as a guest.

All front desk people especially the girl in the morning at checkout acted as if they would rather be somewhere else, was dismissive and just unfriendly, nobody was in front of me yet she took minutes to even acknowledge me. I requested a much needed wake up call due to phone alarm issues and NEVER received it. When I left and reported it to the very person that told me it would be done I was dismissed like an inconvenience and annoyance. The staff in the breakfast area were AWFUL! One lady literally physically pushed me aside when I was in line so she could refill food rather than just wait. Grounds for firing in my opinion! ALSO… 3 of the 4 yoplait yogurts taken out of the fridge were EXPIRED!!!!!! Unacceptable on EVERY level!!! It should be checked daily. Health department should be on that one. Perhaps they just might be called! If it were not for long travels and only a few hours sleeping I would have addressed the issues but I just wanted to leave early and get out. I recommend NOT staying on the first floor if you don’t want to be awakened from disgusting smelling breakfast food being cooked before sunrise! Food was COLD. Room was clean.

The room was csomewhar clean, but dated. I had a handicap shower, but the shower flooded into the bathroom. Other than that, very good. The beds and pillows were excellent. The staff this stay were very friendly at the front desk, unlike when we stayed the first time. Great breakfast!

The price I booked for on Expedia, was NOT HONORED! They told me that the prices change every day and I had no choice! We stayed one night instead of 7, and left the next morning! The element that they have working are barely high school educated and acted as if they controlled the whole situation! Fortunately, they did not! Would never stay at any of these properties!!!!!
