Great location for easy access to NYC and North Jersey. Clifton has wonderful restaurants and cool neighborhoods. Botany Village in Clifton has some great restaurants. Next to the hotel is a shopping center with a movie theater, Target, Applebee's, Barnes and Nobles, and Red Robin's.

Workers were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy

We booked this property specifically because of the pool. The pool water was cloudy and there was construction material on the pool deck. I was not comfortable with my kids swimming in that water.

I like the pool and I didn't understand why the sodas chips icecream etc are so over priced

Great service Frustrating is you need for a longer measage

Staff was poor and unattentive. When I went to check in, a busload of foreign students came in to check in. There was only one staff member and she took care of there entire party while allowing me and 3 over tired children to stand there after 11 PM. The awake, energized teenagers would not have been put out for one 2 minute check in. When a second front desk staff member came out, he chose to deal with a few people who had just walked in, rather than acknowledging that we had waited in line over 30 minutes'

It is an ok hotel to stay near the airport when having a connection

The staff was cery friendly, but the location is quite loud due to the major highway. The breakfast food was not good.

Everything was smooth and was very nice and enjoyable for my family.

The room is clean and spacious. The sheets are also clean and fresh. It’s close to restaurants , bus stops and highways. Front desk staff was helpful.

The fridge was not working when I came in took me half an hour to figure out how to turn on the switch was broken

The hotel was great. We stay here often as we have business in NJ. This time we were placed on the first floor not far from the pool and the parking lot was outside our bedroom window. It was exceptionally noisey!!!! People walk down the halls talking as if it was 2 pm instead og 2 am! The staff had alarms going off and they used their two way radios on high volume. I have to say the clients and staff were very inconsiderate during our stay at this hotel. Although it is a nice hotel and staff is pleasant, if I go through this again I will be staying at another hotel.

The stay was great, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. There was justthe issue ofalack ofhot water.

The room is nice, with plenty of outlets. The room was too close to the elevator and the guest on the hallway were too loud.

So from the the local area and I always thought this hotel was very nice and worthy of a stay. We were so disappointing when we arrived. Hotel staff was not professional and we felt 0 hospitality from none of the workers. While the room was nice we had to call the front desk 3 times to get someone to help with our chromecast. We also were looking forward to the Jacuzzi and that was broken as well. We were like, 'OMG we are never coming here again'! Not the worse experience I've had but just bad overall.

This hotel had a reasonable room rate with free WIFI, pool, work out room, complimentary breakfast and great comfortable beds. Why would I pay for a higher priced hotel? This particular La Quinta was impressive.
