No fridge or microwave in room! Pillows were hard, uncomfortable bed

Morning desk staff was a little surly.

They’re updating it from the inside first so that’s nice! We were pleasantly surprised. Clean room, nice lobby, we slept well. Only stayed one night after the Army Navy football game but had a great experience!

No pool whole reason we booked this hotel

Rooms were clean, staff was only average friendly. Had a party going on next room over one of the nights and security never came to shut it down. Had a some margarita mix and taquilla stolen one day while we were out of our room. Pool was closed and we were not told that ahead of time.

At check in, I stood at the desk for five minutes while the two desk clerks discussed a movie. I asked if they could check me in, one responded, annoyed, “oh sure, we’re almost done.” Then she rolled her eyes at the other clerk. I said, I’m really tired can you postpone your discussion?” They exchanged looks and she checked me in but was very surly. At other times, other clerks have been polite and efficient. But this left a bad afterfeel. Rooms are not well insulated from loud noise. After 45 minutes of hearing sustained shouting, I called the front desk who said they’d check on it. 30 minutes later, when nothing had changed, I called again and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

I didn’t like the fact that, there was no hot water in my room.

This property is horrible. I couldn't get sufficient hot water for a shower to save my life.

Nasty looking bad condition

The side entrance of the building is infested with bugs and spider webs. I was expecting 2 queen beds but instead they were full size. The most disappointing part of it all is that I was asked to check In again for my second day. I have never ever had to recheck into a hotel so when I originally checked in I thought I was all set for the remainder of my stay as the staff who checked me in did not mention that I would have to check in again where they would hold another deposit causing me inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was slow and spotty. Often unavailable. The hotel should be more upfront online that the pool is closed. The trash in the parking lot needs to be cleaned up.

Everything was fine and conveniently located, there were a bunch of loud girls on my floor that made it difficult to sleep. The staff was very lovely.
