No complaints other than that I requested an ice bucket and glasses for the room during the stay and they charged me a fee simply to bring these free items to the room. I don’t mind tipping but to charge for that is ridiculous. Hotel facility is very nice but parking is pricey.

-Parking isn’t ideal with parking garage around the block and valet services weren’t very efficient. -No refrigerator in room, as we were told it was an extra $75 charge to have one for a one night stay. -Other than the above mentioned, we were pleased overall with hotel. Good ambiance, clean, and friendly staff.

Good location ! central The rooms didn’t gad microwave n fridges it’s now essential

The location for a show at the NJ State Theater was perfect.

We had a handicap accessible room with a shower that could not contain water spray so lots of mopping

Beautiful, comfortable stay and amazing staff. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The little things that count in a luxury hotel. I was put on the floor where they rented rooms to a Business. Lightbulbs burned out and flickering in the hallway . To turn the lights on in my room I had to plug in the lamp because the switch didn’t work on the lamp and switch didn’t work on the wall . The towel rack was broken . There were long black hairs on the shower curtain, and a small stain on the bed sheet but it was clean and washed . Room service was excellent the food and service was outstanding, A lot of little things but they all add up to say Management does not walk through the rooms .

Outdated room with dirty walls and furnishings. Tub also drained poorly.

No parking , no free breakfast And pool to small

no wifi in the room in 4 star hotel? it should not be 4 star hotel very inconvenient, would not stay there again just for that reason

Location is perfect for the state theater. I had the feeling they are trying to be something they are not. They are not a high class hotel even though they charge alot for valet parking and wi-fi as do the "fancier" hotels. One of my sheets had a stain on it, clean but very few amenities in the bathroom, i.e., showercaps. Beware, if you choose to park yourself to avoid the cost of valet, good luck!! Nice, friendly hotel but ridiculous extra charges.

It was really great except for the $12/day internet charge. That is really ridiculous.

I enjoyed my stay at the heldrich hotel. I would stay there again if I have to go in the area.

Hotel was nice, nothing special. It was close walking distance to downtown which was really nice! This was a great choice for our weekend in town for the Rutgers Unite Races.
