The property is relatively new inside. Great location, walkable from New Brunswick train station and lots of dinning options. Uber eats accessible too, almost 24 hours. The drop off and pick up area is very convenient and well-design. Staff has some Rutgers Alumni and very interesting to chat with.

The property is dangerous. many of the floors are slippery and the stairs leading to the restaurant do not have railings I fell on the stairs and am cut and bruised

The Hyatt Regency was perfectly located for our needs as we had to go to Rutgers University. Room was large enough and beds comfortable. Hotel is in walking distance of many restaurants.

I needed a hotel room in New Brunswick because my husband had open heart at RWJ and I needed a place for 10 days where I could just eat and shower. The bed was so comfortable but I was often in tears and Ruby at the front desk was just incredible. She helped me with parking and even left me a little fruit tray in my room with the sweetest note. I was heartbroken and exhausted every day and the Hyatt kept me going when I was running on fumes. Hyatt was human at a time when I needed a small comfort away from home. I will never forget their kindness and I will never forget Ruby. My heart will always be with Hyatt....<3
