I asked for three days to get my room cleaned and they never did! Also the food at the Bar was terrible!

Overall great stay! Friendly staff and pet friendly. They are renovations soon, which means the hotel rooms should be even better!! We would stay here again...

Found bed skirt dirty and a few long black hairs clinging to it. Also the room is very dated and furniture should be replaced. Stayed three nights the second day house keeping left only 1 towel. but called the front desk and 1 hour later they sent up 3 more. Rate was good but not refundable. Lessons learned will be looking across the the rd.
The location of this hotel was very convenient and quiet. The staff was excellent and attentive. I'm not sure how old this hotel is, but the king-sized room I was in could use a remodel. It was starting to show some age and wear in the bathroom and the ceilings. My room had a door that connected the room next to it. This door allowed a lot of the sound from my loud neighbors to pass though easily. Not really the hotels fault the neighbors liked to sing and whistle randomly in the night.
Where do I begin? My room was not ready until 2 hours after posted check in time. I had called in advance to request a refrigerator and was moved from a room with a fridge to one without at the last minute, was told that they “ran out” of fridges but a housekeeper “would find one somewhere.” I had to remind the front desk 3-4 times that I absolutely needed a refrigerator and eventually, a dented, scuffed, dirty one (see photos) was brought to my room. Upon entering my room, I found 2 handprints on the bedspread (see photo). Contacted the front desk, housekeeper arrived and told me it “wasn’t dirty, just stained” and begrudgingly replaced it after I insisted. Communal microwave in the lobby (next to front desk in area where snacks and toiletries are for sale) was dirty, smelled, and had remnants of old food. Every time I used it, an employee would step out from behind the front desk to watch me, I assume to ensure I did not steal anything. Cannot believe a major hotel in 2018 does not have a fridge and microwave for every room. Absolutely disgusting, unsanitary hotel and terrible customer service. I stayed here to take the bar exam thinking it would reduce stress by shortening my commute to the testing center, and unfortunately it only caused more. I wish I had not spent almost $270 to stay in such an awful hotel for only 2 nights and will not stay at a Sheraton again.
No in room refrigerator. No complementary coffee in lobby. They have a Starbucks but don’t count on it being open on holidays or early weekend hours
Nice hotel . Close to PNC. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable.
This place is long overdue for a major renovation. Staff at $34.99 per night level motel.
Hotel was clean and a step up from the musty low price hotels, free parking and easy access to interstate was good. About 15 minutes from NJ Transit Station for train ride into NYC Penn Station
