Great place mostly
Such a beautiful property so close to everything. I especially loved the huge pool and hot tub! Besides the manager at the front desk (she doesn’t come across as being very friendly or approachable) and the fact that they didn’t have a business center to print our boarding passes, it was a wonderful visit!

Great Off-Season Choice
The location - right across from the beach and boardwalk-is excellent. The decor was beachy and it was spacious. I am sure it is even nicer during the summer season!

We stayed on the middle level, the people above us, which apparently are owned units, were incredibly loud. When we called to have this addressed the front desk dismissed our complaint because they owned the units. Literally was like construction from 6am to noon. We were unhappy especially because of the price we paid and we were completely dismissed.

Very old and dated . Needs major renovation popcorn ceilings filthy worn out carpet ! Highly recommend you don’t stay there . We left immediately after checking in , for 2 nights ! Just gross !

Very nice, updated and clean. Beach views.
The room was beautiful. We stayed in a room with a king size bed. There was everything you would need too stay for a bit, a kitchen and a table. The outdoor pool or pools were closed but the indoor one looked nice. It was very clean, updated and the mattress was comfortable. I would say the only negative was the heating/ air conditioning unit. It was a little loud when it came on and turned off, but were only there 1 night and didn't have a chance to see if we could just always have it on.

There is a courtyard where drunken guests gathered at night and made so much noise it was impossible to sleep. Such a shame that the hotel management did not intervene and the loud noises persisted well past 2am. Our experience otherwise was good but these drunken guests made sleeping impossible. Wouldn’t go back

We came in for coast guard graduation and I called the hotel and asked if we would be able to check in at 3 pm. I was told “Absolutely “ when we arrived, we were told our rooms were not ready and it was 4 pm. We were attending the coast guard dinner and since we didn’t have a room ready, our family of 8 had to get dressed in the Wawa bathrooms. We spent 500 dollars and was severely angered that nobody in the whole hotel was concerned that people’s rooms were not ready. Will never come back to this hotel.

Hotel is beautiful. However, there is only AC OR HEAT for the hotel. So, it was miserable at night. So hot. And although the pool is “salt water” the chlorine smell in the pool area was very strong. Jessica , the night front desk attendant was lovely and found us a fan. It was a great trip and would Stay again.
