Very beautiful hotel. Clean with friendly staff. The only thing i would change is the thanksgiving supper- it was nothing to brag about. Very cheaply made for the price but we appreciated the effort!

My shower was broken in my room which I reported the front desk multiple times and each time they said they would send someone to fix it, no one ever came. Upon checkout I explained how unhappy I was & they told me because I booked third party, I had to have the third party reach out for a refund. They never responded to any of the emails and the manager was always too busy to talk. This went on for 3 weeks. I never got any compensation as I was promised and had a terrible stay.

The hallway and our room on the 7th floor have been renovated recently, so they looked fresh and clean. It would've been a perfect stay if not a very loud and noisy group of youngsters next to our room on the 2nd night of our stay.
