I loved the view from my room and the entrance but was highly disappointed in not having a refrigerator and having to share 1 microwave with the entire hotel that stays in the lobby by the front desk. They never followed up to see if I got the refrigerator the next day. won't waste my time ever again. And had to pay $15 a day for parking

Worst Stay Ever! I was supposed to get a 'Breakfast Buffet' for myself and my family, however children are not included and they are forcing me to pay for childrens meals. They said they are accomodating me with only allowing 1 sandwich at starbucks, I have a big appetite and 1 small sandwich does not suffice, which is the only reason I booked at the Hilton. I have a dozen different reservations at the Hilton for 2020, and have never been treated this way. Also, heat did not work in the room, the shower did not work, the hallways stunk like cigarettes the first 2 days here. But not allowing my kids to have breakfast is absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was rude. Supposedly they rooms were sanitized. By toilet had pubic hair on the toilet and there was mold in the tub. $14 a day to self park. The chair in the room was worn & torn. Stains on the carpet. Thresholds in the elevators were crusted with muck. I asked at the front desk for a bottle opener and was told they don't supply them. They have a closed full service restaurant and couldn't find a bottle opener? The check-in person was rude. It took forever for guest services to answer the phone. The overall appearance of the room was run down and well used. I am a Hilton Honors member and ashamed to say so after staying here.

This is such a rip off. Nothing is included in the high base fare. Breakfast is $20 per person additional and is not good. We dont eat pork and there were no non pork options for instance. parking is also additional.

Rey clean. Bed was comfortable easy access to turnpike

Front desk staff was excellent. Room service was delicious. Really enjoyed the stay.

We liked the pool was clean easy to use and access was easy. The original person we spoke to at desk when we arrived was rude. We called when we switched to that hotel to confirm the room came with a fridge and microwave; we were told yes. The person at front desk said they don’t offer microwaves and said we were liars. Finally offered us one but switched us to a different room. When we checked in there was a large wet spot on the carpet which only got larger as we tried to deal with it from room eventually we went back down. After a long period of time after again being accused of lying again. They said would send up maintenance after they left wet spot was bigger and I believe it was the next morning they transferred us to another room. Was told it was the original room we were supposed to be in; that room turned out to be ok. Overall experience was not the best and for what they were charging for the room we expected better service not to mention we expected a lot more out of Hilton hotels; then we received.

When I asked where can I get water to drink I was told only by paying for bottle water at reception. They should be able to provide access to tap water or Ice machine on the floor. Water is basic need and hotel should provide more options other than just paid water bottle. Also I was assigned handicap room even though I’m not handicap. Receptionist was not very accommodating even after I explained why I should not be in handicap room since I’m not handicap or have not made such request.

As for self parking we have never had complimentary parking, hotel rents parking space from adjacent tower. In addition I am sorry no one followed up with refrigerator request this is definitely not the norm. Just for clarification, due to Covid our main restaurant has been closed for safety of everyone and in addition due to occupancy. If your booking included breakfast you were entitled for Grab N Go breakfast up to 2 people. If indeed it was not explained with details upon your arrival or Third Party booking, I sincerely apologize, I will bring this matter to our upper team to modify on third party website. As to no room service due to Covid our services have been much limited, restaurant, pool area has also been closed since last March. Indeed we do provided 2 bottles of water to all of our Honors guest, and due to Covid safety and security & Clean stay program we hand waters at the front desk.
